Review content:
The customer service was great from start to finish. We had entertained a variety of options for cooling our bungalow. Besco came up with a variety of options which were explained in great detail by their representative. Even after settling on a plan various questions continued to come up which were immediately addressed. The service techs were great; any variations in the primary plan were discussed before implementing them. The two man crew was upbeat and communicated all the steps they were taking during the installation of our cooling system. When dropping off our deposit at the office, 3 different employees asked me if they could help me. You don't see that every day. We had 3 bids on this project with Besco coming in with the best. We would highly recommend them to our neighbors.
