You cannot find a better body shop. Over the years I have had three different BMWs repaired here (most recently last month), and I wouldn't dream of taking a car anywhere else. The quality of their body and paint work is astounding. The car is returned in factory-new condition (they even take the extra step of detailing the vehicle, inside and out, before returning it). Yes, their labor rate is higher than most, so insurance may not cover their full labor charge, and yes, they may take longer to get the job done than other shops. But they will do an exquisite job, and that's what counts. This last time I worked with Johnny Perez, who was thoroughly professional and helpful. A great shop! more

Found this place through a referral of a friend. My Lexus had been hit in a parking lot. Am very particular about my car and wanted a good place. I called Berli's and Johnny Perez handled it from there. He was great working with my insurance company and even suggested a place I could rent a car. He had great communication with me throughout the process. I picked up my car and was most impressed. You couldn't even tell it had been hit. He even touched up some small rock dings in the process. My car looks brand new!!! The great detail job was a nice bonus. I picked my SUV up from Berlis' today and I had to take a few minutes to share my experience. In a word, the entire experience was ""awesome""! Berli's markets itself as ""Absolutely The Finest Collision Repair Facility"". Initially, I thought that was mere marketing hype, but I must say they are absolutely right! The repairs were exactly as billed… excellent, both in quality of craftsmanship and workmanship. Ronnie Bevers, the individual who schedules the work in and out, and coordinates with the customers, was an absolute delight to work with. He was very professional, cordial and extremely thorough in his follow-through and follow-up. He made no promises that he didn’t keep. I hope to never see them again ?, but if I ever need body repair work or know of someone who needs it, I know exactly where to go or where to refer someone. I took my F150 in for repairs after it was recently hit. Johnny worked with the other guys insurance company, so after the initial interaction, I didn't have to. That was a nice touch. \r We had hail damage repaired on our other vehicle by Berli's, so I had high expectations on the truck repair. It is flawless like the repair of the other car was. Johnny and the guys made sure it was done right. I was kept up to date during the process & couldn't be happier with the end result. It was factory fresh before it got hit & it looks factory fresh now. \r It's a bummer when you have to find a body shop. But when you need one, take it to Berli's. You'll be happy you did! more

You can't trust your repair to just anyone. Thankfully we have Ronnie and the team at Berli's to take care of us! We've used them several times, unfortunately all of my BMWs have needed their help. EVERY time the work was the best, in fact they are the best-of-the-best which is why all of the high-end car dealerships recommend them. They take care of all of the usual hassles you might have with your insurance company too, a big plus. Insurance companies don't like them because they insist on doing the repair the right way, thankfully the law allows you to pick the repair facility of your choice. If you don't care about quality you can go someplace else but if you want it done right you have no other choice, Berli's is the best! more

My car was hit by another driver about three days before Christmas. I took it to the local Mercedes dealership where I purchased it. They said they recommended Berli's for all auto body repair.\r Made the appointment and arrived to find the cleanest and nicest shop I could ever imagine. Steve was our point of contact and he took great care with my red C300. He told us exactly what steps would be taken and the time frame it would require. We picked it up today and it is perfect. In a word - Berli's is Phenomenal. Their body work, paint quality, detailing, customer service, and warranty are incredible. I have been a happy repeat customer for over 10 years. Sadly - my kids and I are frequent flyers at Berli's :>) They have worked on six of my cars and I have always been extremely satisfied. Somebody ran into our new Lexus in Georgetown and it needed to be fixed. Our car is a black color with flecks of red throughout. We were nerves of how the color would match when repainted. So we insisted with the insurance company that it be fixed by the dealer. We called Lexus of Austin for an appointment. To our surprise, they said they did not do body work but said on the north side of Austin, Berlies was the only one they recommended. more

This is my first time at Berli's and I was really impressed by their facility, their staff, and of course the work performed on my vehicle. They were super nice and helpful and very accommodating especially with the holidays coming up. I had worked with Johnny P. and he was awesome. He was so attentive and friendly. He answered all my questions. I was out of state for the holidays and he would call and constantly update me on status of the vehicle. When I wrecked my very rare 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 I was devastated because based on prior experiences with Austin body shops, I knew I was in for headache after headache. Well, Berli's Body & Fine Auto is the exception to the rule, they are incredible. Allow me to describe my experience. My experience was simply incredible from start to finish, Johnny Perez put forth an exceptional effort of professional polish and execution on my entire repair experience using Berlis. Taking delivery of the car, Johnny took note of every single function of the vehicle, every flaw in the paint and reviewed with great detail the adjusters initial quote. Johnny made everything extremely easy to understand and clearly defined what my expectations should be during the repair process. As a professional should, building a timeline that recognized the holiday (Christmas) and other potential issues such as hard to find body parts, because my Jeep SRT8 is rather rare. What Johnny did not know was that I have owned roughly 20 unique, hard to find, and near perfect cars including a show car quality 95 Supra Turbo, 05 Audi S4, 09 Corvette Z06, 06 Subaru STi and a 95 Corvette ZR1. My expectations on paint work are astronomical to say the least. Although I had heard nothing but good things about Berli's from other car guys, I really didn't know if I expected what I received. Picking up my SRT8 Jeep today I was absolutely BLOWN away by the execution of the finished product. The Jeep looks BETTER than it did when I purchased it and I've never been more satisfied with the final product from any body shop before this AND THIS WAS ON THEIR VERY FIRST TRY!!!!! If you own a car you care about in the least that you've wrecked, you would be a FOOL not to give Johnny a call to have Berli's make it BETTER than it was before the wreck. Once again, Berli's breaks all the norms when dealing with Autobody service. They are truly FANATICAL about the customer service and take SERIOUS pride in their work.
