I recently had my car repaired at Berli's. Ronnie Bevers was my service attendant. I was impressed by and pleased with Ronnie's courteous care, concern and attention to my repair needs. He also demonstrated an outstanding understanding of how to interact with insurance companies in an effort to facilitate a resolution that was satisfactory to me. When I picked up my car it was sparkling inside and outside, and looked brand new. I wish I could continue getting my car detailed by Berli's. more

\r Great my experience was. No one wants to have to put their vehicle into a body shop, but if you must, this is the best place to go. They had excellent customer service from the initial phone conversation to Johnny Perez to my 2005 Toyota Tacoma and closing my door. I was kept up to date throughout the process. . The shop was very nice. and my Toyota Tacoma looks New and very clean Meticulous work!!\r Thank you very Much. more


Professionalism and Perfectionism at its BEST 10/9/2011

I recently had work done at Berli's due to a car accident and they did an amazing job on repairing the bumper of my 2005 Lexus RX 330. Steven Zamarripa was my service manager and he did not accept anything less than the best quality for my car with regards to convincing my insurance company about the parts and repairs required. No short cuts were accepted by Steve such as reconditioned or aftermarket parts, as often favored by insurance companies. Steve kept me updated about progress with phone calls along the way. Upon pickup of my car, I was shocked at the back of my car which looked brand new. The car was also supper clean at pickup. It actually made me feel as excited to drive my car again as I did the first time I bought it. It is obvious that Berli's (and Steve) really cares about pleasing customers and ensuring top quality work. Not only was the bumper fixed but he made a minor adjustment to my rooftop without charging me. Now I understand why Lexus recommends Berli's. Don't settle for anything less than the best and choose Berli's. And, enjoy the view as only the finest cars in Austin are sitting in their driveway waiting for repairs. Go see it for yourself! Professional and dependable 10/8/2011

Recently, Berli's repaired my Lexus after I was in an accident. The situation was complicated, due to the driver not being the owner of the car. Negotiations were required, since there were initially 3 parties involved: the owner, the driver, and me.\r Nathan O'Dell at Berli's provided updates regularly, so I knew the status. And when the car was finally repaired (through no delay on Berli's part), the vehicle was in wonderful shape.\r Not only was the car repaired to the extent one would never know it had been hit, it was detailed beautifully.\r This is the second time I've used Berli's; the first was due to the hail storm in Austin a couple of years ago. And they did a great job then as well.\r I would recommend them to anyone wanting the work to be done right the first time - and done well.\r more

Wonderful experience from beginning to end 10/5/2011

First of all, I must say this is the first review I've ever written. That is how great my experience was.\r \r No one wants to have to put their vehicle into a body shop, but if you must, this is the place to go. They had excellent customer service from the initial phone conversation to Johnny escorting to my car and closing my door. I was kept up to date throughout the process. There were no financial surprises. The shop was very nice. They have a relationship with the rental car companies, so a representative will come pick you up. Oh yeah, and my car looks perfect. Hands down, from start to finish, great customer service! Ronnie was friendly, courteous and professional with a great sense of humor. He under promised and over delivered, he returned my calls promptly, he answered all my questions and allayed my concerns. When my Lexus RX350 was broad sided I call ed the Lexus dealership and asked who they advised using. They said Berli's. I went out and talked to Ronnie and I was a little concerned at first but boy did they do a good job. Ronnie kept me informed all the way and when they were through my car looked brand new. Hopefully I will not need them again but if I do, I will not use anyone else. They are the best!! more

No other option in my book 9/21/2011

Well, you hate to be a repeat customer to a body shop, but at least at Berli's, you know everything is going to be alright again. Well, my Land Rover was rear ended by a delivery guy... off to Berli's. Like in a recent episode of Modern Family, my sister and I stood idly by and watched her Jetta roll right down the driveway and into a tree... off to Berli's. Most recently, our new black Land Rover was deeply keyed when we were out with our family... off to Berli's. Ronnie made me laugh and got my spirits up. He dealt with State Farm. He made me feel like he really cared about me and my great big family. Isn't that cool? You can't go wrong with this shop. more

Top Notch Repairs and Service 9/20/2011

When my car got boo bood, I called the Georgetown Mercedes dealer to find out who should care for my baby. They recommended Berli's.\r \r My car is less than a year old and got hit while in a parking lot (good news, the person who did it left full contact information). Upon contacting Berli's, Ronnie stepped up and handled communications with the insurer. Me, I just waited for Ronnie's calls/email and was informed of everything that was happening with my car. \r \r My baby looks better than when I drove her off of the lot new! Really! The detailing of my vehicle following the repairs was majorly first class. more

Excellent work 9/20/2011

I have used Berli's several times over the last decade. They have always done an excellent job fixing my car. Once, I used another shop because it was closer to my house and I regretted it. This latest time I had to fix my Lexus RX 330 car door damage and they were very up front with me about the amount of time it would take to fix and the costs. They delivered on time and the car was returned like new! John, the person I worked with there, was courteous and communicated well throughout the process. more

My brand new GMC Yukon was rear-ended less than six weeks after being purchased. Fearing that my vehicle would never be the same I didn't want just any shop performing the repairs, so I chose Berli's. Upon arrival at their shop I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of staff, extreme cleanliness throughout the property and precise organization found every step of the way, as well as their end product for recently repaired vehicles. Car Repair 9/8/2011

I took my ISF in because someone rear ended me. Spoke with Ronnie. He was nice and worked with me and my insurance. When I went to pick up my car, there was some stuff on the front bumper that would not come off. Ronnie said that they would take care of it since it happened at their shop. He REPLACED the front bumber and painted it, at NO COST TO ME!\r I am so happy with the work, car looks like new!\r I would highly recommend more

Berli's does great work 8/29/2011

For the third consecutive time, Berli's has exceeded my expectations. I have a 2008 Lexus ES 350, and for some reason hail, blown out tires and other road hazards are attracted to my car. But every time I have body work that needs to be taken care of, Johnny and the other folks at Berli's comes through. Thanks to them, my car still looks brand new. more
