I took my BMW to this shop for an estimate. The appraiser for the insurance company representing the person who ran into my car said the damage was 3 times less than what Berli's ...

Berlis is a great place for getting your high end vehicle repaired.....My car got rear ended and the dealer suggested I take it to Berlis.....I do not regret my decision....They were thoroughly professional and worked with the insurance company....Although the insurance didnt cover the labor cost completely, the difference I had to pay was nominal as compared to the quality of the work.....I highly recommend taking your car here for repairs....I havent had any issues after the repair and I would definitely give them a 5/5 for customer experience. more

Took my car in to have some work done to another company... they backed up my car into another of their customers . Needless to say, it was bad . I took my car to Berli's to get my rear end repaired . \r \r Berli's gave me immediate attention and began work on my car the next day . Fantastic service, friendly and great work . Definitely recommend them for repairs! more

My car was had a chunk of paint blown off at a brushless car wash. Compounding this problem was difficulty posed by the car wash's insurance company. Throughout this experience, which was protracted due to the insurance company, Berli's exuded the utmost professionalism and customer advocacy. They were reputed to do great work, and when they were done, it is clear how they earned their reputation--my car looked better than it did before! more

The tailgate on my truck was accidentally scratched down to the metal and dented in two places. The nice folks at Berlis provided a quick estimate and completed the work quickly. Most importantly, the finished product looks factory fresh and the paint match is excellent. more

My car was recently damaged by a ""Cadilac"" Truck doing over 60 miles an hour while towing a flat bed that held a yard stacked high and uncovered of pea gravel. When my vehicle came around the corner it was peppered like buck shot - the window had multiple chips the hood had small rocks shooting off of it. Pretty scary. When I arrived at Berli's they gave me very detailed information about how they would assess the damage and make certain that they caught even the smallest detail. Their attention to that detail gave me back my car looking like the incident had never happened. Thanks Johnny for helping me thru this very stressful event. more

Have to replace the whole bumper of my 5 series due to scratches. Johnny took his time to explain the whole process to me patiently. It took them 5 days to finish up the work. When i picked up my car, it looks like it is just landed from Germany. The paint job they did is terrific! Unbeliveable! They also gave my Bimmer a Full Details. Just Amazing ! more

If you ever drive by Berli's Body Shop and see all the BMW's and Mercedes and Jags out front don't think you can't have your card fixed there. I have told AAA that I will be taking all my collision repairs to Berli's from now on. I""ve had to use them 3 times for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. They greet you with a soda or water and take care of your vehicle like it was there own. Their work is the best I've ever seen and they do what they tell you is going to be done. I have used Ronnie and Johnny so far, but everybody that works there is only interested in what's best for you. So tell your agent next time you have a claim that you want to take it to Berli's and you won't be disappointed,ever. more

I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this company and would highly recommend it to anyone that needs to get there car fixed. I would not take my BMW 525I anywhere else for repairs. John was so very helpful and honest. I would recommend that you ask for him to be your contact. After meeting with an accident, insisted with the liable policyholder's insurance co GIECO that I will use BERLI's only for my Mercedes Benz C300 for body work. I am glad I insisted since Johnny Perez took complete care of my car with parts, fixtures and details. He was very knowledgeable, handled the insurance paperwork and demonstrated utmost courtesy. Berli's is going to be my choice everytime. (Bosco-Austin) more

just perfect as I had expected. Could not find anything wrong and was just happy. I made sure that my Lexus is not taken to insurance recommended body shop after a recent accident. Thanks to Nathan at Berli's for making everything go smooth. The car was repaired ahead of time. more

I took my Honda Odyssey to these guys 5/30/2012

I took my Honda Odyssey to these guys based on citysearch review. I had front end damage through the radiator, both side fenders and front doors. Final bill $9600. It was a significant repair. To be honest, I wasn't sure they'd treat the mini-van with the care they appeared to treat the other high end cars they normally repair. I was wrong. The job was flawless. Additionally, the communication was fantastic. Regular, detailed updates. I worked with a very likeable guy named Ronnie. He was extremely helpful in guiding me on dealing with the insurance company (State Farm) and their efforts to cut corners. Not only did I get factory OEM parts, but I came away with an additional $1050 minus deductible and labor surcharge = $600 since I borrowed a family car rather than rented. I would never have known to challenge State Farm on certain practices without Berli's help. I've had several major car repairs over 32 years of driving, and I've never yet been impressed by the work until now. These guys are where you go if you want it back to pre-accident condition, or better. In my case, it was better than pre-accident. more

Finest Vehicle Body Shop I have ever used 5/18/2012

I have a brand new Lexus RX350 AWD purchased as a Christmas present for my wife from Lexus of Austin. With only 4 months of ownership and 3500 miles on it, my wife was hit in the rear end by a negligent driver in the rain. We took the RX to Berli's at the strong recommendation of the Lexus CEO. Mr. Johnny Perez greeted us and took care of the car as if ""it was his own."" He is a most kind, first class gentleman. The work was done with PERFECTION, on time, no problems. The car was delivered back to me today ""spit shined like a military shoe"" inside and out. The work was simply awesome. Johnny kept me informed of the progress of the repair often. So my ""take"" on Johnny and Berli's is - IF you want THE FINEST body shop ANYWHERE in the USA, think first and only of Berli's - ask for Johnny Perez to help you! more

Berli's is the Best 5/1/2012

After receiving hail damage to my Lexus, my ""baby"", I was referred by the Lexus dealer to Berli's in Pflugerville for repairs. They were awesome! From the moment I walked into the shop I knew it was first class. John Perez was very helpful to me as I dropped my car off and was taxied over to Enterprise to pick up a rental car. John kept me well informed about the progress on the car. My comment when I saw my Lexus was that the person doing the repairs was a magician. My six year old Lexus looks brand new! I highly recommend Berli's to anyone wanting a quality experience! more
