My wife and myself are very wary of salespeople. Bennetts style of no commissioned employees but bonuses is very easy on the employees and on the customer. There is no pressure on anyone. They show you the price and all the incentives and go out of their way to make purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience rather than a hassle. I heard an advertisement on the radio for ""deals"" that Bennett was offering on trade-ins towards used cars. As I was in a flooded area due to Hurricane Sandy, I decided to stop by the agency to look around. I was amazed how friendly everyone was at Bennett. As the agents do not work on commission, I felt no pressure at all. Tony was extremely nice as well as empathic to my situation as he lives in the same area as I do. Greg was also very nice and spoke with me on a personal level which made the deal much easier. Scott was also very nice through the paper signing. more

I do not like car shopping; I always approach it with trepidation and dread. So I was not looking forward to shopping for a car today. I had had contact with Mark (service) and Andrew (sales) the previous day because my husband's car had been brought there for service. After speaking with my husband concerning his car and the necessary repair and cost of repair, he decided that it would make more sense to look into trading in the old car and looking for a new or pre-owned car. I mentioned this to Mark and he offered to have someone in sales call me to discuss trade-in value. Andrew called me promptly and helped me with my questions. We then went the next day (Nov. 3, 2012)and met with Andrew to discuss purchasing a car. Of course, we drove away with a new car. Am I satisfied with the deal? Yes,I think that Andrew and Jim both did their best for us. I realize that the dealership is a business and they are not able to give away the product. The service was excellent, everyone in the dealership was friendly, approachable and helpful. Andrew was professional and knowledgable (and so handsome!), Jim (handsome too) was helpful and able to obtain the best financial deal possible for us. To be honest, I had been at Bennett in the past (2 years ago) and had a not so very pleasant experience (salespeople using profanity on the showroom floor, salesperson not very friendly or accomodating, totally uninterested). Today was a huge improvement and I would certainly recommend this dealership and my salesperson to friends and family. more

I came into Bennett Chevrolet in the beginning of October to purchase a pick up truck. I set up an appointment with Andrew and he was extremely helpful and was not pushy with me. He had sold a vehicle to my mom back in May so i knew that i would also have a great experience. I told him my what I was looking for and he got me into the pick up truck that was beyond my expectations. What I most appreciate is that he never once got frustrated with me because I took my time and he really helped me get exactly what I wanted. I went into your dealer ship looking around for a new truck and saw a few trucks that were nice but there were a couple things that I really wanted. I wanted a 4 door also 20 in chrome wheels. Andrew called around and got me just what I wanted. Also got me all the rebates I could get and that lowered the price. I left very happy. more
