Highly Recommend to Anyone! 5/9/2012

My family presently have five Chevrolets in my garage and driveway. All have been purchased at Bennett Chevrolet, most recently a Traverse and a Malibu - adding to two other Malibus and a Corvette. The last two purchases have been handled by Andy Strijker who covered all the questions we asked and provided all the information about our vehicles. This, along with being an extremely professional, friendly and gentlemanly person. I have been dealing with Bennett Chevrolet for over 35 years and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. I would like to mention Service Manager Rich Anderson, who has taken excellent care of us when needed. Also owners Bennett and Steven Muldoon who really care about their customers. more

No hassle and great trade in 5/3/2012

From the moment we walked in the door, our salesman Andrew and others were friendly and did everything they could to make us comfortable and answer any questions we had. We got a no hassle deal with a great trade in and they bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. Scott in the finance office was also very helpful and took the time to be sure we knew everything we were buying in our service plan and explained every option we had. I would highly recommend Andrew and Bennett Chevrolet to all my friends looking for a new or used automobile!! more

experience far exceeded my expectations 4/26/2012

This was my first time purchasing a Chevrolet and at Bennett Chevrolet. The experience far exceeded my expectations. Andy was the absolute BEST Sales Representative I have ever dealt with. He was so kind and made sure that before I left the dealership, all my questions were answered. I also had the pleasure of meeting the best Business Manager, Scott. Rude General Manger & Service Dept. Inadequate 4/24/2012

Cecil Lam, General Manager, said I was ""silly"" because I complained about his employee chewing tobacco and spitting it in a cup in front of customers. He claimed they were sunflower seeds. Guess he had them stored in his cheek like a rodent because I never saw him put any in his mouth. Was picking up our truck after we had to bring it back AGAIN to be serviced because it was ""shuddering and shaking"" after they serviced it the first time. We couldn't drive it the entire weekend and my husband had planned on taking it on Monday for a business trip. Good customer service and common sense do not exist at this business. more

Fantastic 4/23/2012

Kim was fantastic, Very friendly salesperson who did not only 110% but 180%. She is fantastic! I am grateful of the quick response & her ability to get a car that was hard to find. I was never disappointed because there was never any Bad news. I would most definitely return to Bennett & buy my next vehicle from Kim. I will definitely use Kim as a reference for any of my friends or co-workers who are looking to purchase a car. more

Great Selection 4/20/2012

I would highly recommend buying a car at Bennett Chevrolet. Their selection was extremely good and we dealt with John and Larry, who made the entire experience very enjoyable. They treated my kids and I like family, which made buying our new Suburban less stressful. Thanks for a great new vehicle and when we are ready for our next one, we will be sure to come back! more

I recently purchased my new vehicle from Jim Bryant at Bennett Chevrolet and had such a wonderful experience! I never thought the car buying experience could be so pleasant and simple but Jim made it the best experience possible. Not only was he friendly and personable, he was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He even took the time to help me set up my radio presets. All of my future vehicles will be bought from Jim Bryant!!! \r more

My review 4/5/2012

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim Bryant via email during my first few interactions with him. When my husband and I decided to go to the dealership on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012, I emailed Jim to see if he would be available on that day. Unbeknownst to me, he came in on his day off to help us find another Tahoe to replace our previous one, which had been totaled in a very bad motor vehicle accident back in January. When we arrived, we walked in and were greeted by his warm smile and friendly disposition. Jim is one of the most courteous and sincere salespersons that we have come in contact with in a very long time. From beginning to end our experience with him, as well as Scott Lam, was truly a pleasurable one. If car dealerships had more people like these two gentleman, a customer's car buying experience would definitely be a positive one. My husband and I are pleased to tell our friends and family that we purchased our new Tahoe from Bennett Chevrolet and plan to send any of them back there when/if they are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. more
