I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim Bryant via email during my first few interactions with him. When my husband and I decided to go to the dealership on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012, I emailed Jim to see if he would be available on that day. Unbeknownst to me, he came in on his day off to help us find another Tahoe to replace our previous one, which had been totaled in a very bad motor vehicle accident back in January. When we arrived, we walked in and were greeted by his warm smile and friendly disposition. Jim is one of the most courteous and sincere salespersons that we have come in contact with in a very long time. From beginning to end our experience with him, as well as Scott Lam, was truly a pleasurable one. If car dealerships had more people like these two gentleman, a customer's car buying experience would definitely be a positive one. My husband and I are pleased to tell our friends and family that we purchased our new Tahoe from Bennett Chevrolet and plan to send any of them back there when/if they are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.
