Cecil Lam, General Manager, said I was ""silly"" because I complained about his employee chewing tobacco and spitting it in a cup in front of customers. He claimed they were sunflower seeds. Guess he had them stored in his cheek like a rodent because I never saw him put any in his mouth. Was picking up our truck after we had to bring it back AGAIN to be serviced because it was ""shuddering and shaking"" after they serviced it the first time. We couldn't drive it the entire weekend and my husband had planned on taking it on Monday for a business trip. Good customer service and common sense do not exist at this business.
