The experience continued with their team who installed the unit. Led by David, it was done professionally, with care and the installation looks great. They were obviously more concerned with the quality of their work than the speed of their install. more

Great detail of customer service 10/13/2010

Brad noted that we should have Piedmont Gas upgrade our gas meter to make sure we had the capacity to operate an tankless unit and our other gas appliances. When we contacted Piedmont, they were surprised that we had hired a company with the foresight to identify this potential issue. The technician at Piedmont said they usually get called afterwards when there is a problem. That is great customer service and attention to detail....Thank you Brad! more

We would like to write a thank you for the quality                 of our experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing.                 We looked at several Nashville plumbers to                  replace our leaky 75 gallon water heater with                 an Noritz tnakless. This was a mjor purchase                 for our home and a product we were not familiiar                 with. We selected Ben Franklin becasue of the                 knowledge and time that Brad Curry took to                 explain the features , understand our needs, and                 to determine the best placement in our home more

In a society filled with companies who don't care about the quality of the job that they do, Ben Frankin Plumbing certainly stands out, and it is so very refreshing to deal with people that know what they are doing adn do it well. When we decided to look into tankless water heater after hooking up tp the gas line with Atmos, we intended to consider at least two quotes, comparing tankless vs traditional gas water heater. However, after our visit with your plumbing advisor, Billy Ezell, we really didn't need to look any further. His expertise, knowledge and abiklity to choreograph going from new, unmetered gas line, to installing a tankless heater in less than 2 days was remarkable, and my wife and I could not be more impressed. Mr Ezell is a true asset to your company as was everyone involved in the installation of the heater. We will not hesitate to recommend Ben Franklin to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks to everyone for an awesome job! more
