In a society filled with companies who don't care about the quality of the job that they do, Ben Frankin Plumbing certainly stands out, and it is so very refreshing to deal with people that know
what they are doing adn do it well. When we decided to look into tankless water heater after hooking up tp the gas line with Atmos, we intended to consider at least two quotes, comparing tankless vs traditional gas water heater.
However, after our visit with your plumbing advisor, Billy Ezell, we really didn't need to look any further.
His expertise, knowledge and abiklity to
choreograph going from new, unmetered gas line, to installing a tankless heater in less than 2 days was remarkable, and my wife and I could not be more impressed. Mr Ezell is a true asset to your company as was everyone involved in the installation of the heater. We will not hesitate to
recommend Ben Franklin to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks to everyone for an awesome job!
