Outstanding service 11/28/2017

We needed a leaky faucet repaired and an ancient (leaky) toilet replaced and, having previous very positive work done by Ben Franklin, called them again. I talked with Kelsey late yesterday morning and explained what we needed and asked if she could arrange to have the work done that afternoon. She found a plumber who was completing a job near us and told me he could be at the house in couple of hours. Ben came in under two hours and fixed the faucet and changed out the toilet within a short time. He performed everything competently and neatly. The price was very fair and they gave us a military discount. We joined their maintenance service club plan and look forward to having Ben Franklin take care of all our plumbing needs. more

Another first rate job completed by Daniel and his team - punctual,neat,and creative.I was impressed with the workaround Daniel performed to avoid using soldering, because of the potential for triggering the sprinkler system. more

Great Service 11/17/2017

We just moved in and our moving company lost our washer tubes and our dryer vent was damaged. Gary came to do the repairs and it was the best plumber experience we have ever had. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and actually a pleasure to have in our home. He fixed everything we needed quickly and filled us in on what we needed to do in the future. The people in the office were pleasant and accommodating as well. They got us scheduled with no delays. We recommend them without hesitation. more

Water Heater Preventive Maintenance & Gen Plumbing Inspection 10/25/2017

The Benjamin Franklin Team of Daniel & Kelsey performed a very professional job today.The service covered all the plumbing in the unit,with recommendations of what should be addressed to prevent emergency repairs.The best part was that the total service was included preventive maintenance.That means that I paid less for the year of preventive maintenance,than I would've paid for the water heater flush & service call. more

Another Great Experience! 10/12/2017

I recently ran into problems with my hot water heater and contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to help resolve what was going on. Jan B. did an awesome job setting everything up. Daniel S. came out and was quickly able to recognize the problem, fix it, and get everything back to functioning normally. Daniel is the best plumbing technician from my experience with plumbing technicians. Request Daniel whenever you have a plumbing need and you will not be disappointed! 10/10! Mr. Brad Curry is an excellent manager. Excellent company! more

Toilet Crisis 9/27/2017

Daniel took the time to fully explain all my options and was happy to work with me to find the best solution for my problem. Despite the mess that had to be created to sort everything out, he did a great job of cleaning up before he left. Something not everyone does and it was greatly appreciated. He even made certain that my cat didn't run out the door as he was bring equipment in and out. I'm a very satisfied first time customer. more

As always Benjamin Franklin gives the best service but they are expensive. I still believe that you get what you pay for and that is the reason I always use Ben. more

Installation of frost proof hydrants 8/11/2017

Kelly called and asked if the technician could arrive earlier than scheduled, which was appreciated. The technician, Caleb D, arrived inspected current out-door faucets and made recommendations based on amount of use and age of faucets. He was able to install new frost proof hydrants, hooked up hoses, demonstrated proper use and gave detailed explanation of how hydrant functioned. Very knowledgeable and friendly. more

Very impressed with "Essex" He was polite, friendly, & very "tuned in" - focused- on eberything he did. Both Installers were focused. And, Essex was that, and he seemed very alert, prompt, and I think also "determined" doing all the work he did. He was professional, and methodical. He and the other Installer just "kept-on- keepin-on" doing good work. Nice guy. So was the other man. more

We were so happy with our technician John when he came out to fix our toliet and shower that we had him return to thoroughly inspect all our plumbing. He did a wonderful job and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and John! more

Great weekend emergency service 3/12/2017

We awoke on Saturday to a leaking water heater so I started calling around to see who could fit me into their schedule. Luckily I found Tammy at Ben Franklin Plumbing. She was careful not to over-promise but definitely over-delivered. Jeffrey arrived much earlier than first expected and had the work completed in no time. Good product, great service, very professional and fair price. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended! more
