The guy, Brian, was on time and very polite, but when he pulled out the pricing book and we discovered it would be nearly $1000 to fix 2 leaks, we sent him packing.\r
We can't testify to the quality or timeliness of their work because we simply couldn't afford them. \r
The same work was done by another company the next day for $141. Benjamin Franklin offers a 2 year guarantee on all their work, but at those prices I we can afford to have the other guy out 7 more times, if need be, and still come out ahead.\r
Brian was great and didn't charge us for coming out. He is the reason our rating is a 2 instead of a 1.\r
