Appreciated Jan's courteous and efficient manner with my initial call. Ryan was terrific. Assured me that my situation was fine as a neighbor's water heater had leaked into a closet in my condo. He not only did his job but then showed me the effective area to ease my mind. There is no question that I will contact Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. Caleb was a very fine young gentleman. The kind you want to keep around. The job he did for us ran into many hurdles, he cleared each one in championship form. Great Service, as always 7/25/2014

I was having persistent problems with toilets not flushing. These were cheap, builders units and were approx. 12 yrs. old. After being given options of just snaking the pipes to replacement, I chose to replace all 2 toilets with top of the line TOTO ADA toilets. Richard was SO knowledgeable, and this guy carries his own cleaning supplies !! One can only guess what 12 yr. old toilets "harbored" underneath, but he had the floors spic-and-span before putting the news ones in. I was able to get all 3 done in the same day, and what a relief to not have to have a plunger handy at all times! I will definitely ask for Richard if I have another problem (but planning on toilet problems being solved!). more

Ben Franklin is still the best 6/16/2014

They are just the nicest people. Prompt and efficient. They carefully explained all my options and didn't try to push anything on me I didn't need. I have been using Ben Franklin for years and will continue to do so. Ryan R was so careful about everything, even to putting on the stickers exactly straight. The clean up was perfect. Good job! more

great service quick response 6/4/2014

Called 2 competators and was given 5 and 6 hour wait time for service, Benjamin Franklin was able to have someone out within an hour of my call. Customer seervice was outstanding, the tech did all repairs and showed me why the original job failed. I would recommend them time and time again more

Eric and Greg are the best! 6/4/2014

Eric came initially to test my water, and after seeing the disgusting sludge floating on top, I decided to purchase a whole-house filtration system. I was definitely not pressured, as I already realized the poor quality (smell and taste) of the city water. Justin installed the system with several days. There was a problem with a factory defective valve which cause the system not to work for several days, but Eric promptly came with a new unit. Again, he is very knowledgeable about water quality, and gives you the information, but doesn't pressure or use "scare tactics" to sell a unit. I am now enjoying coffee and fresh lemonade that tastes totally different without all the chemicals. Eric is also very personable, and easy to talk to. more

Justin is an excellent service tech ! 6/4/2014

I have had several excellent employees with this company in the past months. Justin came out initially to work on a stopped up toilet. He also replaced a valve in my master tub. I ordered a new kitchen faucet, and he came to install it when it arrived. He was neat and clean, and made sure everything worked, and I knew how to operate the touch-activated faucet. He told me of a product that would eliminate build-up in the pipes, and that it was not harmful to the environment, nor the plumbing. Very knowledgeable about his profession. more
