Eric came initially to test my water, and after seeing the disgusting sludge floating on top, I decided to purchase a whole-house filtration system. I was definitely not pressured, as I already realized the poor quality (smell and taste) of the city water.
Justin installed the system with several days. There was a problem with a factory defective valve which cause the system not to work for several days, but Eric promptly came with a new unit. Again, he is very knowledgeable about water quality, and gives you the information, but doesn't pressure or use "scare tactics" to sell a unit.
I am now enjoying coffee and fresh lemonade that tastes totally different without all the chemicals. Eric is also very personable, and easy to talk to.
