We needed a leaky faucet repaired and an ancient (leaky) toilet replaced and, having previous very positive work done by Ben Franklin, called them again. I talked with Kelsey late yesterday morning and explained what we needed and asked if she could arrange to have the work done that afternoon. She found a plumber who was completing a job near us and told me he could be at the house in couple of hours. Ben came in under two hours and fixed the faucet and changed out the toilet within a short time. He performed everything competently and neatly. The price was very fair and they gave us a military discount. We joined their maintenance service club plan and look forward to having Ben Franklin take care of all our plumbing needs.
