My experience was very thorough and uncomplicated. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Not only was I given a tour of all cars that I wanted to know about but I was given another tour after I purchased my car. They were very professional even though I came in already knowing what I wanted. I have already recommended Bell Honda's Fleet department to at least three people at my work place. I am writing to change my opinion of Bell Honda and it's sales staff. My first rating of this transaction was a very bad one due to my experience with the financial department. This problem has since been resolved due, in fact, from the help I received from the sales manager, Robert Motz. Because of his sincere care and concern regarding my issues with the financial end of this deal, he very quickly and efficiently resolved my problems, completely to my satisfaction and understanding. He found that my issues were also expressed by other customers and took care of them immediately. I was overwhelmed by how quickly all of this was done. His help meant everything. This was my fifth Honda purchase and I will continue any future purchases at Bell Honda. My experience in dealing with Cameron and Robbie was nothing short of great and I hope they will continue working with me in the future. I went on the internet to look at the different models of the Honda Civic.I decided on the model I wanted and I went to Bell Honda.There I meet salesman Gleen Keeten and he showed me all the different models and how everything works and we went on a test drive. He explained the process and was very courteous. I really like the car and it seems like it was made to my specifications. more

I had two very friendly salespeople work with me on my deal. They put me into a lease deal that beat every other dealer in the valley. I love the car and would go back just to visit! I was able to get the information I needed online before going to the dealership and drove an extra 20 mins. past another dealership to get to this one for the deal! more

What a pleasant experience it was to purchase my new Honda Accord from Glenn Keeten at Bell Honda. I hadn't planned on a new vehicle but my old one suddenly developed problems that led me to decide it was time to make a change and it needed to be done right away. I visited a couple of dealerships including another Honda store. Test driving a few models convinced me quickly that the Honda Accord was what I wanted if I could make it fit my budget. Well, a conversation with Glenn had me going to Bell Honda-not the closest dealership to my home. I had in mind an interior and exterior color. And I wanted a power seat to accommodate some physical limitations I have. Glenn was able to provide exactly the vehicle I wanted at a considerably better price than I had been quoted for the same car at another dealership. And he has bent over backwards to make this as painless and convenient as possible. He has really gone above and beyond. It was time for us to turn in our Honda Civic due to the lease being complete. My husband and I hate car shopping just because of past issues, the worst being that we actually had to sue a dealership. Kevin, my husband went on the internet and had many calls back from dealerships in the area. My husband called Scott back and made an appointment to see him. It was a Friday night and I was unable to join my husband in the search for a new car. Scott listened to the concerns that we had and the situation we were currently in. Scott stated he had the perfect car for us. Kevin drove it and liked it, but wasn't going to make a decision without me. Scott did not pressure Kevin at all and could relate. The next day Scott called to see if we were still interested and we were actually leaving to head to the dealership. When I met Scott he was very professional and he brought up the car and let me test drive it. He inquired about my interest in the car, but yet gave Kevin and I a chance to talk without him being right there. Hello, Bought a 2011 Pilot. Had a very un pressured sales pitch from Rick and Camille in the sales department. They actually were honest about what options would benefit me and my family, even if there were not the most expensive. In the finance department, Justin was extremely helpful in getting all the final documents in order. These 3 gentleman made for a great experience. One that makes me send people to Bell Honda. more

In August, I purchased a Honda Accord EX at Bell Honda in Phoenix, AZ. I am writing this letter to thank them for the excellent after-sale service that I received. Even though I brought my concerns to Mr. Travis Holt, the General Manager, more than 3 weeks after I took delivery of the car, he took the time to listen courteously to my concerns and acted upon them having me work with Mr. Jake Baulch, the Assistant Service Manager. Mr. Baulch then made sure that the following upgrades and repairs were done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Specifically, the initial Wood Grain Trim Package wasn't satisfactory and it was upgraded. Also, the driver side seatback was adjusted and repaired which involved the removal and re-install of the leather seat cover. Therefore, I highly recommend Bell Honda because of my after-sale experience. They obviously care that their customers are very satisfied with their new car purchase. more
