Patient not pushy 3/25/2011

All salesmen were patient and not pushy. They let the car sell itself, but definitely sweetened the deal by giving me a very good trade-in price on my Sonata. I feel I got a solid car, with good trade-in value. And the financing arrangements went smoothly and more amicably than I expected. more

Great Deal and care 3/24/2011

When I first visited Bell Honda I dealt with Jonathan; at the time they didn't have a vehicle I was interested in but when I found one a week later, I remembered his friendliness and asked for him. He bend over backwards to help me. I really found him to be honest and forthright with me. And if he didn't know the answer to a question he would admit so and ask an appropriate person. more

Easiest time ever! 3/21/2011

Bought a 2010 Honda Civic here a couple weeks ago. Have to say that overall, it was one of the easiest, most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. The salesman was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and I didn't have to do the back and forth ""let me talk to my manager"" routine. He made the whole experience so easy and actually, a lot of fun!Very happy with my new car, and I would definitely go back there when I am ready for a new car....but not for a long time! more

Very pleasant 3/18/2011

My experience at Bell Honda was a very pleasant one. I worked with Harvey Lerner who delivered exactly what I wanted. He was very easy and no game playing. Next was Frank Salerno in Financing who was just as wonderful. Thank you so much for making this such an easy process. more

Jesse Hoffman is the best! 3/16/2011

JESSE HOFFMAN IS THE GREATEST! He has been diligently and patiently been working with me for a few months. I JUST bought a new car in June of 2010 and HATED IT! I was pressured into a car at another dealership and it was the worst experience ever. I was introduced to Jesse Hoffman at Bell Honda and he was just amazing. I have recommended him to my friends and family and know of many people that have also bought from him. He is a RARE find in the car sales world an an ASSET to Bell HONDA! I will continue to do business with Bell HONDA! more

Highly recommend 3/4/2011

I recently bought a vehicle from Bell Honda and the process was very enjoyable. Scott worked with me to find a truck that I wanted and not just one that he could sell me. I got a better value on my trade-in than some of the other dealerships had offered previously. I would highly recommend Bell Honda if you are looking to buy new or used. more

I came in to Bell Honda... 2/17/2011

I came in to Bell Honda after finding a used Honda Accord on their website. I asked for more information and was contacted by their Scott Monteiro, one of their Senior Fleet Managers. Scott was everything you could ask for in a car salesman. He didn't pressure me and got me the best deal possible.After deciding to buy my Accord I had to go to the finance department. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Quintana. He got me a better rate than I came in with from my credit union and made the paperwork as painless as it could be.Thanks guys!! more

I never felt pressured 2/3/2011

Scott made our search for a new family van effortless and seamless from the time we stopped on the lot to the time we drove away in our new Odyssey. He and his staff were thorough, professional and efficient. I was dreading the whole process of buying a car from a lot due to past experiences, but this was very different. I never felt pressured and the knowledgeable staff made the choice and easy one for us. I would recommend Bell Honda and, specifically, Scott to anyone more

Scott has followed up with me more than any other salesperson I have ever worked with. He truly cares about the customer's experience and wants each person to feel comfortable and satisfied with their deal. I would highly recomend 1/21/2011

This was my first time buying a car and it was much easier than I thought it was going to be. The customer service was outstanding, they let us take all the time we needed even though we kept them there till midnight. I would highly recomend buying a car from Bell Honda. Thanks again. more

Very courtious and helpful.My 18 year old bought his first car and they made him understand all that he was doing. My sales guy was really helpful finding us a car in our price range. car needed work and they made sure that the work was donr by the oick up date. more

I gave this Honda dealership all 5, because the customer service, quality of work, and my overall experience was fantastic! All of my questions were answered and if I didn't understand something they didn't hesitate to help me. In fact the service there, at Bell Honda, was soo good that we bought a second car from them a week later. I would recommend this dealer to everyone I know!! more

""It's ultimately what the buyer wants,"" 1/7/2011

In most cases when walking into a used car dealership, I got the feeling of being followed by vultures trying to sell vehicles by any means possible, but this visit made me feel like I was welcome and was casually being shown my options. My salesperson made the conversation more eased, which gave a feeling of not absolutely needing to sell a car, but come back if the best deal is here. ""It's ultimately what the buyer wants,"" were his words and as such he didn't seem to force the purchase on me like other used car dealers. more

Rich was very friendly when I came with my father. My father does not trust car salesmen, but Rich took everything in stride. He was very helpful and gave me some great tips to help me along the way. He also called me after I purchased the car to make sure I was happy with my choice. It was my first experience, and I am glad I had Rich there to help me along the way as I felt that he was genuine in his actions. He took everything in stride, even when I had to be a little aggressive. I would refer others to him. I am very happy with my purchase, and am glad I can count on Rich to be there to answer my questions when I need him. Thanks Rich! more

I would highly recommend this dealership 1/5/2011

Buyng a car is not my most favorite thing to do. I was lucky enough to be greated by Rich Barkvoll. He was very patient and an excellent salesman. Rich really knew his stuff! I also worked with Pat Bria who was also a very professional. I ended up with a great Honda and didn't end up with the buyers remorse that I have felt so many times in the past when buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership for the professionalism and honesty!\r more

I am 70 years young and have purchased easily 8 cars most of them Honda's and have never dealt with a salesman so nice. Understanding and was not pushy 12/27/2010

I had the easiest, best car experience buying experience ever at Bell Honda. I am used to being ""hight pressured"" at dealers, so I was very pleased when my salesperson, Justin, greeted me and was very kind and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic and its different models. He helped me to find the right one for me, that i love and fit my budget. I told him that i do not buy on the same day and i would come back. He was understanding, and was not pushy. His manager, David, came out and thanked me for my time. I was so impressed that they did not try to pressure me to buy today, that i came back the next morning and bought. I absolutely love my new Civic, and truely appreciate Justin's helpfulness. I highly recommend Justin and Bell Honda to anyone seeking a new Honda! Thanks Justin. more
