I had a great expirence at Bell Honda! Pat Bria did his best to work with me and find my the perfect car. After spending 4 weeks trying to find a dealership that I wanted to do business with I came across Lee Hall in the internet department at Bell Honda. I have never worked with someone so informative and helpful. Lee was very respectful of my wishes and of my time. When I arrived at the dealership Lee introduced me to Jason Teel who was just as nice and helpful as Lee. I went on the internet to look at the different models of the Honda Civic.I decided on the model I wanted and I went to Bell Honda.There I meet salesman Gleen Keeten and he showed me all the different models and how everything works and we went on a test drive. He explained the process and was very courteous. I really like the car and it seems like it was made to my specifications. more

I had two very friendly salespeople work with me on my deal. They put me into a lease deal that beat every other dealer in the valley. I love the car and would go back just to visit! I was able to get the information I needed online before going to the dealership and drove an extra 20 mins. past another dealership to get to this one for the deal! more

What a pleasant experience it was to purchase my new Honda Accord from Glenn Keeten at Bell Honda. I hadn't planned on a new vehicle but my old one suddenly developed problems that led me to decide it was time to make a change and it needed to be done right away. I visited a couple of dealerships including another Honda store. Test driving a few models convinced me quicly that the Honda Accord was what I wanted if I could make it fit my budget. Well, a conversation with Glenn had me going to Bell Honda-not the closest dealership to my home. I had in mind an interior and exterior color. And I wanted a power seat to accommodate some physical limitations I have. Glenn was able to provide exactly the vehicle I wanted at a considerably better price than I had been quoted for the same car at another dealership. And he has bent over backwards to make this as painless and convenient as possible. He has really gone above and beyond. It was time for us to turn in our Honda Civic due to the lease being complete. My husband and I hate car shopping just because of past issues, the worst being that we actually had to sue a dealership. Kevin, my husband went on the internet and had many calls back from dealerships in the area. My husband called Scott back and made an appointment to see him. It was a Friday night and I was unable to join my husband in the search for a new car. Scott listened to the concerns that we had and the situation we were currently in. Scott stated he had the perfect car for us. Kevin drove it and liked it, but wasn't going to make a decision without me. Scott did not pressure Kevin at all and could relate. The next day Scott called to see if we were still interested and we were actually leaving to head to the dealership. When I met Scott he was very professional and he brought up the car and let me test drive it. He inquired about my interest in the car, but yet gave Kevin and I a chance to talk without him being right there. In August, I purchased a Honda Accord EX at Bell Honda in Phoenix, AZ. I am writing this letter to thank them for the excellent after-sale service that I received. Even though I brought my concerns to Mr. Travis Holt, the General Manager, more than 3 weeks after I took delivery of the car, he took the time to listen courteously to my concerns and acted upon them having me work with Mr. Jake Baulch, the Assistant Service Manager. Mr. Baulch then made sure that the following upgrades and repairs were done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Specifically, the initial Wood Grain Trim Package wasn't satisfactory and it was upgraded. Also, the driver side seatback was adjusted and repaired which involved the removal and re-install of the leather seat cover. Therefore, I highly recommend Bell Honda because of my after-sale experience. They obviously care that their customers are very satisfied with their new car purchase. more

I have had the opportunity to visit Bell Honda twice for service on my 2003 Accord. On both occasions the Service Advisor was polite, concerned and very knowledgeable. He (Steve) was very assuring and confident his technicians could resolve my issues. Not only did they expertly resolve my issues, they did it in a very prompt way with a genuine sense of urgency and a desire to fix the problems correctly the first time. One of the problems I had was very complex and my original choice to fix the car failed to correctly diagnose the problem on 5 straight visits. Bell Honda nailed it right away. I happily recommend them. more

We were able to complete everything on line and by phone. This was all done from Illinois and when we landed in Phoenix we went to Bell honda and within a matter of minutes drove away and everything went extremely well. Bought a 2010 Honda Civic here a couple weeks ago. Have to say that overall, it was one of the easiest, most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. The salesman was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and I didn't have to do the back and forth "let me talk to my manager" routine. He made the whole experience so easy and actually, a lot of fun! Very happy with my new car, and I would definitely go back there when I am ready for a new car....but not for a long time! more
