In August, I purchased a Honda Accord EX at Bell Honda in Phoenix, AZ. I am writing this letter to thank them for the excellent after-sale service that I received. Even though I brought my concerns to Mr. Travis Holt, the General Manager, more than 3 weeks after I took delivery of the car, he took the time to listen courteously to my concerns and acted upon them having me work with Mr. Jake Baulch, the Assistant Service Manager. Mr. Baulch then made sure that the following upgrades and repairs were done to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Specifically, the initial Wood Grain Trim Package wasn't satisfactory and it was upgraded. Also, the driver side seatback was adjusted and repaired which involved the removal and re-install of the leather seat cover. Therefore, I highly recommend Bell Honda because of my after-sale experience. They obviously care that their customers are very satisfied with their new car purchase.
