Bell Honda

I called around the valley first trying to track down who had White Honda Fit's in stock, Bell Honda had 5! After talked to a couple of different people on the phone I made my way down to the dealership and met up with Carlos Valadez, He was very helpful and we quickly came to a price that we could both agree on. Finance went pretty quick and painless and I was on my way! I have to bring my car back to have them fix two of the protective strips on the door edges but I am sure they will take great care of me! We started with e-mail deciding what to buy. Carlos invited me down to see and drive the 2011 Honda CRV with everything except 4 W/D.My experience with BEll Honda was exceptional. Jason Teel assisted Carlos in the sale and explaned everything about the CRV. After driving the CRV I decided to buy and the price was agreed to in a friendly manner. We were sent to Bell Honda through Costco. Participating dealers are required to show customers the pre-arranged Costco pricing for the vehicle they want to buy, so we had information "up front" about pricing. The salesperson (Jason T in Internet sales) was very straightforward. There were no "games" played or surprise hidden charges when we sat down to negotiate the price. Jason tried to make us comfortable and seemed to genuinely want us to get a car that fit our needs and our budget. We have nothing but good things to say about him. When it came time to arrange financing, things got a bit less friendly. The finance department representative clearly was interested in getting us to buy a very expensive extended service plan (MPP) and tried a hard sell approach at first, including some options we felt were completely unnecessary. When the hard sell didn't work he called in his supervisor who had more authority to adjust prices and change options. After about 1-1/2 hours we agreed to buy only the items we were interested in at a much better price than their initial offer. We haven't gone back for the first vehicle service yet but hope that our relationship with Bell Honda continues to be a good one. more

I absolutely would recommend and I have, this dealership and Jason Teel to all of my friends and aquantinces! They have treated me with respect and accommadated me all around. As a first time buyer i felt very comfortable in my experience Jason (in fleet sales) was very helpful, and got me into a car that i was comfortable with liked and met my budget. I did not feel pressured into having to buy anything. Jason took the time to make sure of which bodystyle interior and features of the car i wanted and they got me to the payments i was comfortable with. I would recommend any of my friends and family to him. After getting out of the finance department which was also a very good experience no complaints there either Jason made sure my car was detailed and spotless, and also made sure I understood the full features of the car before leaving the lot. i love my new honda civic and would definitely return to Bell Honda for future car purchases. A year and a half ago I brought two cars from Bell Honda. One for my daughter and one for my wife. About two months ago I started looking for a new car for myself as well. I knew it would be hard to get a good car with good interest at a good price while already having two cars on payments. I went to many dealers and was very dissapointed.I did not even expect to be able to get a tird card. When I came to Bell Honda they were able to find me a brand new Honda Civic and finish everything within one day. I am thrilled with the service and freindliness at Bell Honda. Worked with me to get a good price, even threw in a free warranty! The people in the service department were fast, finance got the paperwork done quickly. Ask them to detail the car while waiting and they will happily oblige. I would suggest this dealership if your driving around bell looking for good service. more

Pat Bria was great to deal with! This was my first time buying a car and it was such a great experience. Pat was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as was Frank Jones and everyone else I dealt with. Customer service was excellent everybody was friendly and made sure you where comfortable while you where there. Kevin and others where extremely friendly we talked and listened to each others stories. My overall experience was good, I went in looking for a particular car, and they respected what I was looking for and offered that style. Price was ok, and I only say OK because I went in to buy in a price range, spent more than I wanted to and traded in my truck, which I originally had no intention of doing, I understand, due to the economy I have bad credit with a foreclosure and they were able to take care of me and get my credit back on track, weather or not I am totally happy within myself, is another story, but Bell Honda has given me an opportunity to re-establish myself and for this I thank them. more

Bill was very professional,kind & nice & he helped us find the car we were looking for. I was really interested in a Hybrid with gas prices rising & also as a matter of priciple - I think everyone should be driving one in the future, not only to cut down on a our need for gas, but also it is ecologically the thing to do. I had look at the Toyota Pruus & liked it, but it was a little more money than I wanted to spend & the WOW factor wasn't there. I asked to look at the Insight, but was not crazy about the design & look of the car. Bill suggested I look at a CRZ. I looked at several & found one I loved. I bought a gorgeous Northshore blue one may I add for the price I was willing to spend. I LOVE it. I never though I could get my midlife crisis cute car & a hybrid in one. This one ceratinly fills the bill. Everywhere I go people comment on it & I have been singing it's praises. Even going through a drivethrough of a store - "I love your car - what kind is it?" I think Bill is to be commended for listening to his customers (my husband & I) & getting us into a vehicle that is perfect for us in every way! Thank you Bill!!! more
