Excellent service and pricing 12/22/2010

Excellent service and pricing. Polite, clean & professional employees. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to be a loyal customer. I have made a major purchase along with the installation of a large home heating and air conditioning system. In addition I have been a memeber of their service program for many years. Never dissapointed. more

Our furnace went out Tuesday morning and we called Bell Brothers about 8:30 12/17/2010

Our furnace went out Tuesday morning and we called Bell Brothers about 8:30. They had a tech out before noon who confirmed that we needed a new one. Grant Bell was called and he came to our house within the hour. My wife and I conferred with Grant and settled on a new Carrier furnace. The Bell Brothers installers showed up Wednesday shortly after 8:00 and had the new energy efficient furnace installed before 5:00PM. We received the invoice today and it was to the penny that we were quoted. They also included all the paper work we needed for the tax credit and the MidAmerican rebate. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Bell Brothers and their employees. Five Stars all the way! Brian and Mary Conley more

As always, Bell Bros was fantastic at my last check up appt 10/18/2010

As always, Bell Bros was fantastic at my last check up appt. they called ahead of time to say they were on the way and once arrived, did a thourough job of servicing my system, as well as made suggestions for future plans for servicing my unit without any sales pressure. I have been with Bell Bros for about 9 years now and would recommend them to anyone in need of service. Keep up the good work guys! more

My 5 star rating applies to the technician, Gene Holden. He was excellent!!! The only objection I have. Is your parts price. He found a capacitor that was low in power. He showed me the test and reading. It was going to cost $132 for that part. I said no. Then I looked it up on the internet. I can buy that part for $10. It is a plug in. Easy to install. Now I would have bought yours if it had been $75 or less but $132 that's abit much. The last company I had charged me $25 for a similar capacitor. My son Chris Brown referred you to me as he just had you install a new air conditioner and heater and was happy. I did sign up for your VIP service. I understand you have high overhead but when the customer has paid a few for the technician to be there couldn't you make the parts more reasonable?? more

I have had a fantastic experience with your company. Our old AC unit failed just two days before we were expecting company from out of town with temperatures approaching triple-digits. You pulled out all the stops to get a new unit installed, up and running in one day. Despite some challenges with the install and a very long workday in the near record heat, your crew was super accommodating, professional and friendly. I am not sure I would've been able to pull that off under those trying circumstances. Thank you for everything. more

We just got a brand new unit installed today! Everything went great! From the first phone call to inquire about fixing our broken unit, to purchasing an entire new unit and getting it installed, all in a matter of 4 days! Everyone was professional and friendly and very knowledgable! I would highly recommend Bell Brothers! more

I listen to KSTE radio in the morning and hear the 'personal' advertisements done by the radio hosts quite frequently. The host of the morning show, Jack Armstrong and Joe Getty, tend to be very 'liberal' in their praise for your service. I realize they are advertising, however, the spots come off as aggrandizing and overly effusive. more

I would recommend Bell Brothers to anyone needing a new system. Our new unit has been a great savings for us. With our old unit it ran all the time in the summer and the house still wasn't cool. Wtih the new system not only does the house stay cooler, but we have seen a hugh cost savings. Thanks guys. more
