Our furnace went out Tuesday morning and we called Bell Brothers about 8:30. They had a tech out before noon who confirmed that we needed a new one. Grant Bell was called and he came to our house within the hour. My wife and I conferred with Grant and settled on a new Carrier furnace. The Bell Brothers installers showed up Wednesday shortly after 8:00 and had the new energy efficient furnace installed before 5:00PM. We received the invoice today and it was to the penny that we were quoted. They also included all the paper work we needed for the tax credit and the MidAmerican rebate. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Bell Brothers and their employees. Five Stars all the way!
