Seasonal Check-up 4/6/2012

I have enjoyed using Bell Bros. Heating and A/C service for the past two years. They have provided competent service and I liked the monthly prepay plan that allows for seasonal checkups on my system. This takes the financial pain out of having to pay a large amount when the service tech shows up. Chewy V. just finished my A/C check and he proved again to be efficient, friendly, and thorough. I feel like I'm ready for the summer. more

Great Service 4/4/2012

I have been using Bell Brothers for the past year and a half. I joined their VIP program and they come out twice a year and service my heating & A/C units. This time out Brent Gomez came out. He was very knowlegeable, polite and courteous. I had a scheduled appointment and Brent showed up on time. I received a call from the office telling me when Brent was on his way. Brent conducted the routine service in a timely manner and I am off to a summer without A/C problems.\r \r Every time anyone from the company has come out they are ALL professional, clean and respectful. This is a great quality to have in any employees. It is nice to have a company with great employees.\r \r It is nice to see a company in todays time that is all about customer service. You guys are hitting it out of the park. Keep up the good work. more

after my scheduled spring service, the original tech found something wrong with one of my A/C systems. The next day, Bell Bros sent out Robert F who was polite, efficient, friendly and very much on the ball. He found a loose wire and solved the problem. System is working perfectly. Problem solved. more

I had contacted several other companies prior to contacting Bell Bros Heating and Ac to try and get my heat and air unit working like it was ment to. In one last effort I contacted Bell Bros after my husband said that he sees there truck everywhere and it was the best thing I ever did. Ian came out, and he explained what needed to be done in terms of adding refrigerant. It turns out the 2 units didn't need very much at all. So I was very happy with the service and his helpfulness in how he explained everything! more

Bell Brothers are GREAT. All their employees are courteous...but more important... they follow through on "everything". They are a no hassle company to deal with and deliver on their service. Had a recent situation that could have cost me more dollars but they were there for me to fix the problem right away. They have earned the BBB rating of A+ in my opinion. more

Great Product/Poor Service 6/24/2011

I love the HVaC installed by Bell Brothers and their workmanship was very good. I am sitting here stewing, however, because of their cavalier attitude about being extremely late for a service appointment, having to schedule an appointment three times because they didn't have records of scheduling the appointment, and failure to communicate between the technicians and appointment desk. They don't seem to recognize that there customers' time is money, too. more
