Elijah Terrell was awesome. He was very helpful and professional, he thoroughly explained everything to us, he went above and beyond to give us good service. I was surprised and pleased by the fact that he didn't not try to sell us a new unit. Our unit is the original one which came with the house. more

We had an entirely new system installed in our home; unit, stand, ducting........everything except the main duct through the roof. Danny and Chaz were fast, friendly and efficient. I am totally happy with both Bell Brothers and our install technicians. more

Dec.13,2012\r Leroy was my technition and he was very courteous, efficient and helpful. While performing my service, he discovered why I heard a loud noise when my system went on, and he explained the problem and even fixed it for me. No noise now. He also discussed other things that I didn't know about (my thermostat settings, the cleaning of my filters and etc.) He is an excellent technition and Bell Bros. is lucky to have him on their team. Very professional. I am very happy. more
