We’re on a really tight budget, so we decided to check out Bel Furniture’s Clearance Center near Greenspoint Mall. As soon as we walked in, everyone was really friendly and nice and made the whole process really easy. We found tons of great stuff and still spent less than we’d thought we would. I would definitely recommend the clearance center to anyone looking for great deals on QUALITY. more

My mom always did so much for us when we were growing up so when I heard about Bel Furniture’s Mother’s Day coupon sale on Facebook, I knew exactly what to get her. I picked her up and took her to Bel Furniture, coupons in hand, and she was so surprised when I told her what she was getting this Mother’s Day! She picked out a new couch and loveseat set to replace the old one she’s had for as long as I can remember and we set up delivery two weeks later. The delivery guys came on time and were very friendly and helpful to my mother, which I really appreciated! more

WORST PLACE TO SHOP FOR FURNITURE IN HOUSTON, TX. In our 13 years in Houston, we never experienced SUCH BAD PEOPLE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD ATTITUDED as we experienced here at Bell Furniture's this Beltway@ I-10 location. The sales staff is good but the higher ups, like store manager or so level of people, are so BAD and FULL OF ATTITUDE. The set we selected was priced $2399.99. Manager Fred called after few days that set was sold (DESPITE OUR $1800 DEPOSIT)? The only set left was a floor model, we were offered a 7% discount (because of being floor model) and we agreed to buy. Here is the BEATUY OF CALCULATION, our new invoice after 7% discount (for same item of $2399.99) was $2487.99. ISN'T IS GREAT? When we asked to cancell our order, there will be a 25% restocking fee / charges (FOR THE ITEM THEY DID NOT HAVE IN THE STOCK). My wife and I had been looking for rugs for quite a while and could never find exactly what we were looking for. It was always a matter of having to compromise something, whether it be the design, price or quality. Glad we didn't give in and compromise anything because we found a beautiful, great quality rug for the lowest price yet at Bel Furniture. more

Warning do not shop or buy at this establishment please read all the reviews first. This is the first time I have written a review about a company but I felt obligated to warn the average customer like myself with my dealings. If you think I am just one please read all the bad reviews on multiple web sites. This company has the worst customer service and has over a two month period has not sent me the table and chair I purchase from the Gulf Freeway Webster store. When asked for a refund they will send a check by mail after accepting cash payment. Most of the furniture is produce in Vietnam and is of low quality and packaged in boxes. They company tried to delivery the wrong table and chair with white paint on one of them all scratched. I told the delivery person to take it back it is unacceptable. As he speed off very fast I can just image the load being tossed around on his truck. Do yourself a favor shop some where else. more

After wandering into one furniture store around the corner and being disappointed, I knew this place was not far away and wanted to finally check it out. I'm so HAPPY I did. From the second you walk in, you know you're in furniture heaven. The guy who first greeted me was great. He asked if I've ever been in here before and when I said no, he gave me just the right amount of info. I told him I was an interior design student, and he told me to touch and sit on everything...you don't have to tell me twice! Usually when I go into a place and let them know I'm an interior design student, I get the cold shoulder. Hello! I could possibly be giving you a lot of business in the future! I love the layout of this place. You know how some furniture stores are overly cluttered with ugly plants with pheasant feathers sticking out of them? Not this place. Great space planning at it's best. Clean and classy. I'd charge a pretty penny too, but they are so worth it. Don't like the color of that sofa or occasional chair? No problem. They have plenty of fabric samples to choose from that can match anyone's taste, so go ahead and pick your design. I didn't want to leave-when can I move in?! I will definitely be back to get inspired and in the future- I will give them my business. more

The best thing about this place is it's the real deal. Fantastic furniture! I got a dresser there with lots of little cubbies and big drawers, and with such simple lines it could be foreign. Delivery is reasonable too, and they'll even do it on a weekend! more

It was a bad case of furniture envy that led me to this little shop full of adorable, affordable home furnishings in the first place. A lot of my friends have moved in the past year, and made the requisite furniture purchases that go along with a big move. After admiring and sitting on several nice new couches, I got a hankering for a new couch of my own. I popped into Bel Furniture for a look around, and ended up leaving with an awesome new couch and a cute rug. I did have to persuade the shop owner to sell me the rug off the sales floor, because it was the last one, and he liked it as much as I did. He eventually capitulated, and I will be forever grateful to him for his sacrifice. Overall a great experience, and I love my new couch and rug! more

BE AWARE!!! Some people may get paid or work for bel furniture I can't say for the others, It's been 8 weeks waiting for a sofa and nothing... Five stars!!!!! The owners should go to Jail, they take your money to buy their inventory....broke investors...they don't care if you're happy or not...Anybody can open an account and pretend to be a real customer....google their reputation all over Texas and other place, go to BBB Better Business Bureau of Houston, Austin...You will see the truth about them....that will give you a real position about who they are, and their business practice... I swear to the store manager who was a jerk I will spend my time and money to fry their skin... i have shopped from most of the famous furniture stores in houston but the bel furniture clearance center had the lowest prices between all those . i would save a lot of money if i knew this place earlier :(. they have nice people in there and they really work out with you on the prices. i will check them atleast once in a month. they were also very helpful and fast in loading and tying down the furniture in our truck. We bought over 4k furniture there, it was all bad... They ran out of stock for a dining table set, it was already paid for, but the manager there refuse to refund, offer as a scratched demo set. We insist on a refund, the manager called his manager, tell us they will have a brand new set next week... It turns out they delivered another scratched set after a month. Don't even count on the store... Treat yourself better with live... You are going to see ur furniture everyday! Cons: worst quality, worst service in town more

If you're looking for horrible furniture, do shop at Bel Furniture. When shopping for furniture, a bad investment would be to buy a piece from Bel. The quality of the furniture and material is so horrible, what a joke of furniture company would produce. The sofas I bought were made from the cheapest faux leather, one that could easily be torn telling by the feel. Only less than mediocre companies would place fake pictures on their site. Why they advertise what they cannot make, i do not know. I do know that this place is horrible, has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD QUALITY goods. All caps are necessary when expressing the anger that I have with this less than mediocre company. more
