I bought a table and 6 chairs. We inspected as it arrived and it seemed OK at first. It's dark wood and very hard to find imperfections at first. On Sunday, we were using one of the chairs and the back made a cracking noise. Only then we could see it was cracked and glued back together, and painted on to seem like it was OK, so we couldn't see it in the first 5 days, and then when we finally saw it it's too late. That's deliberate fooling the customer. When I tried to explain to them, they were very rude and told me if I wanted a new chair, I'd have to drive 30 minutes to get a new one in the warehouse. My car is way too small, and it won't fit the chair in. And why would I have to trouble myself with that, when it's their fault? Good customer service would try to remedy the situation by bringing us a new one, considering I paid $99 for delivery in the first place. They told me it was my fault I didn't see it before. Would you want to deal with people like that for a few dollars less? No, thank you. Never again!!!
