WORST PLACE TO SHOP FOR FURNITURE IN HOUSTON, TX.
In our 13 years in Houston, we never experienced SUCH BAD PEOPLE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD ATTITUDED as we experienced here at Bell Furniture's this Beltway@ I-10 location. The sales staff is good but the higher ups, like store manager or so level of people, are so BAD and FULL OF ATTITUDE.
The set we selected was priced $2399.99. Manager Fred called after few days that set was sold (DESPITE OUR $1800 DEPOSIT)? The only set left was a floor model, we were offered a 7% discount (because of being floor model) and we agreed to buy. Here is the BEATUY OF CALCULATION, our new invoice after 7% discount (for same item of $2399.99) was $2487.99. ISN'T IS GREAT?
When we asked to cancell our order, there will be a 25% restocking fee / charges (FOR THE ITEM THEY DID NOT HAVE IN THE STOCK).
