Nice young man with excellent service 2/24/2017

My husband reported to me that this experience of having routine furnace checked was fine. He then asked the serviceman to check the AC as well (although that had not been scheduled). They found that there was a small leak in the coolant. The serviceman then took the time and materials to fix that and add more coolant. He left and everything works well. more

I was very impressed with their response to our issue of no heat. A new heater was installed, area around it plastered, & the heater installation inspected by the City within 3 days. Excellent! However, 7 years ago, Bay Cities installed the SAME Cozy heater. Shouldn't it have lasted longer than 7 years? The usage is low to medium & new parts were installed previously a year or two ago. more

Great service and a new understanding 12/9/2016

My furnace has not operating at top performance so I called Bay Cities a local furnace service. Being eight years into this home, and my first home to have a furnace I had no idea that a furnace needed to be serviced. As Samuel, the technician who came to the house explained, a furnace, is "like a car"; it needs to be serviced. Not only did Samuel do a great job, he explained how the furnace works technically, how to check the filters, and what my options are going forward regarding taking care of this large machine in our house. So, great service, a smart and considerate technician, and, very affordable. more

Excellent and Professional 12/9/2016

We scheduled maintenance for our heating and air conditioning units. Samuel arrived within the time frame promised. He was very through and explained to me how our heating system functions. I was impressed and would highly recommend him and Bay Cities more

Very satisfied with Bay Cities and technician Samuel M. 11/5/2016

I requested service, a filter change and repair of my buzzing thermostat. Samuel M. arrived early, explained everything to me, changed the special filter I have and was very thoughtful to first show me the very dirty filter. He attempted to repair the thermostat but was unable to do so even after contacting the manufacturer. He suggested that he try a new filter to see if the buzzing continued and it didn't so I authorized him to install it. I was very satisfied with his care and thoughtful work especially that he explained everything to me. more

Maintenance on central air/heating system + 2 split systems 10/25/2016

Keith and Samuel serviced our systems--Keith as the trainer and Samuel as the trainee. I was pleased with the both of them. Keith was thorough in his instruction and Samuel was an excellent student. Hope to have either one service my systems in the future. more

not happy with bay cities 9/27/2016

Bay cities came because our AC was broken. They said our freon was low and probably leaking. So the guy charged $300 to do tests around our place and found no leak. Then he checked the heat pump and found a stuck valve. Shouldn't that have been checked before $300 of tests. Then we spent another $300 on freon and the AC worked once or twice before breaking again! On the contract, the guy wrote "no warranties for this repair." Use a different company! We spent $600 and got nowhere. more

Heater repair 9/7/2016

Bay Cities was great. I have a duplex and both heaters needed attention. It was a little rocky at first. When they called to check on my satisfaction I explained. Caesar and his staff really cared about making it right. And, they did! Excellent service and communication. Silvestre, one of their technicians, was also great and pleasant to have around. more

Excellent Service 9/2/2016

I had problems with my AC condenser not kicking in during the cooling cycle. I called Bay Cities and Silvestre came. He was very patient with my descriptions of the problem...making sure that I left nothing out. He listened for the clues to my intermittent problem...sometime the worst kind of problem to have. He pinpointed the problem and luckily the condenser did not have to be replaced. He replaced the failing parts and everything works well. Very pleased. more

Awesome service! 8/11/2016

We called Bay Cities in a panic when our A/C suddenly began blowing hot in the middle of August. Benny came to our house, and within an hour, we were back to a cool and comfortable home. Not only did he fix the problem, he identified a problem that a prior contractor completely missed (and maybe caused!). Thanks, Benny, and Bay Cities! You're our go-to now. more
