Review content:
Bay cities came because our AC was broken. They said our freon was low and probably leaking. So the guy charged $300 to do tests around our place and found no leak. Then he checked the heat pump and found a stuck valve. Shouldn't that have been checked before $300 of tests. Then we spent another $300 on freon and the AC worked once or twice before breaking again! On the contract, the guy wrote "no warranties for this repair." Use a different company! We spent $600 and got nowhere.
