They provided daily update's via my e-mail and went above and beyond in the quality and accuracy of their work. I've used Bay Cities Auto Body two times for two wrecks. They had a really quick turn around time. They were exquisite at explaining everything perfectly and making sure that I was taken care of. They came through both times, and made sure I wasn't without my vehicle very long. They were quick, honest, and they do good work. more

It is worth the drive to use Bay Cities Auto Body. This time they dealt with my daughter's car, but I have used them myself as well. They will not charge me anything extra without letting me know before. I feel that they are the best deal for sure. They also do the best match up job for paint as well. Bay Cities Auto Body is great. They are professional, clean, neat, and do a great job. They have fixed my cars many times, and they always come out as good as new. The quality of work and service is excellent. They are great to work with. I have been using them for about 15 years. Whenever my family or I are in an accident we always request to have our cars taken to Bay Cities Auto Body. They are the best I have ever used. I don't like getting into accidents. This is the second accident I've had, so I don't have a lot of experience with body shops, but the experience I've had with shops in the past hasn't been great. Bay Cities Auto Body was great. I'm not an easy person to please, but the owner Bob was on the spot, and he kept me informed of what was happening. Because my car is a Saturn, which has been discontinued by GM, it was hard to get a gas cap. It still took Bob less than a week to get everything done, so he's fine by me. They even detailed the inside of the car, so when I got the car back, it was beautiful, inside and out. They're just a pleasure to work with. I'll go to them again, and I will recommend them to anyone, and in fact, I already have. They were proficient, they were professional and they were clean, and they did the job above what I expected. more
