The customer srevice was average at best. Kris Kripal was my customer service rep, bad at communication, did not call for updates concerning delays in time completed. The so called pics when car was in service number was 2!!! only 2 picks of what was being done to the car. Lets get to the fit and finish of the product, IS250 was rear ended, so the replacement bumber was not fit very well, had a big gap on the left side, they had to take the car back to try and refit the bumper on the day of pick up. Over spray of paint was all over the car, I guess they didnt realize it gets between the doors. Car smells like paint. All in all my experince with this shop was not very good. I wuold not recommend this shop to any other people.
