I don't like getting into accidents. This is the second accident I've had, so I don't have a lot of experience with body shops, but the experience I've had with shops in the past hasn't been great. Bay Cities Auto Body was great.
I'm not an easy person to please, but the owner Bob was on the spot, and he kept me informed of what was happening. Because my car is a Saturn, which has been discontinued by GM, it was hard to get a gas cap. It still took Bob less than a week to get everything done, so he's fine by me. They even detailed the inside of the car, so when I got the car back, it was beautiful, inside and out.
They're just a pleasure to work with. I'll go to them again, and I will recommend them to anyone, and in fact, I already have. They were proficient, they were professional and they were clean, and they did the job above what I expected.
