Robert Guest was a great help to us in repair of our new "dream car" which was only 5 months old. The arrangements with our insurance and car rental and minor details were all done by Robert. After the repair I went back because of a problem. Rpbert had the shop check it, he drove the car with the mechanic, then recommended I take the car to the Dealer. The problem was caused by me when I hit a curb after the repair was completed by Bay Cities. Robert always went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. What a pleasent experience. more

I was very pleased with Bay Cities Auto Body. I have also used them before, years ago. This time they fixed a pretty good sized dent for me. I thought they did a good job on it and was pleased with their work. My son also said they did a good job. They also did a good job for me in the past as well. They are very reliable and courteous. It exceeded our expectation. We brought our car for service on a Friday & our request was if we could pick it up the following Friday since we were going out of town. We were told parts for our car usually take at least 2-3 days to come.(the weekend was upon us) Parts were ordered before we left. We were updated through emails/text. The parts came on a Tuesday & our car was ready for pick up that Thursday.We will definitely recommend Bay Cities Auto. more

I was very satisfied with Bay Cities. Everything went cool. I had gone to them on a previous occasion, probably about 15 years ago, so when they showed up on the Farmers Preferred Program, I decided to go with them. I was gonna go with another company, but they did such a good job, and they were straight up, and the experience was the same this time around. They said they would try to get the work done in this week, and they got it done when they said they would. They were very courteous, very prompt, and it was very easy to do business with them. The end result was good too! They did a good job. I have no qualms whatsoever. I'd go to them again! more

Bay Cities Auto Body was great. When I was first in my accident, everyone got there so fast. The tow truck was there and was able to take my car to their shop. They worked with my insurance company and once everyone was working together, I really didn't even have to think about anything, they did all the work for me. They didn't have to total my car, they were able to fix it. Throughout the process, they called me with follow-ups and emailed me photo updates every step of the way. It ended up being done earlier than what I was expecting. For an awful time of my life, they all made it so easy for me to deal with. I really appreciate everything they did for me. more

It was my first time using Bay Cities Auto Body, and I was referred to them by my insurance company. We got the car over there, and everyone was really friendly. I really like the set up they had, where I can get updates on my email about the process the car is going through from start to finish. The pictures are posted immediately after they are taken and show the car being taken apart, worked on, and painted. It is one thing to call up, ask what about the status and have them say they are working on it, but here you can see the whole thing including the date and time of when they are doing it. I felt more at ease knowing they were really working on it and not just letting it sit in the back of the shop. The car turned out great. It didn't even look like it had been in an accident. When I got the car back a problem came up, but it had been there prior to the accident. I took it to the dealership, and I told them straight up that the car had been in an accident, and they told me to take it back to the auto body shop. They said that even though it was there before the accident it might be something they did. I felt like the dealership was pushing me out. I went back over to Bay Cities Auto, and they said it was fine. It was no problem for them to take a look and let me know what was going on. They took care of it. They were very professional, and when I brought it back to them, they did not say it was not their problem since it was a preexisting issue. Not once did they make me feel stuck in the middle. It was a big weight off my shoulders. They took care of us, and I was very happy. Everyone there did A plus work, from the front desk to the back. more

Bay Cities Auto Body has always been great. I have been using them for about 15 years now because they are very professional and very nice.
