Review content:
It was my first time using Bay Cities Auto Body, and I was referred to them by my insurance company. We got the car over there, and everyone was really friendly. I really like the set up they had, where I can get updates on my email about the process the car is going through from start to finish. The pictures are posted immediately after they are taken and show the car being taken apart, worked on, and painted. It is one thing to call up, ask what about the status and have them say they are working on it, but here you can see the whole thing including the date and time of when they are doing it. I felt more at ease knowing they were really working on it and not just letting it sit in the back of the shop. The car turned out great. It didn't even look like it had been in an accident. When I got the car back a problem came up, but it had been there prior to the accident. I took it to the dealership, and I told them straight up that the car had been in an accident, and they told me to take it back to the auto body shop. They said that even though it was there before the accident it might be something they did. I felt like the dealership was pushing me out. I went back over to Bay Cities Auto, and they said it was fine. It was no problem for them to take a look and let me know what was going on. They took care of it. They were very professional, and when I brought it back to them, they did not say it was not their problem since it was a preexisting issue. Not once did they make me feel stuck in the middle. It was a big weight off my shoulders. They took care of us, and I was very happy. Everyone there did A plus work, from the front desk to the back.
