Friendly, punctual, informative and helpful. The rotating buffer system used did an excellent job on both old carpet and new at cleaning the carpets and removing almost all stains, even without using the deep cleaning service offered. The arrived only shortly into the window of time given, they explained all options available, did a quick and professional job, and even helped me move a dog house when they were all done. Will definitely consider for the future. more

The best part of spring cleaning is Chem Dry carpet cleaning. I've been a loyal customer for many years for the following reasons: prompt service, technicians who are always professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. The crew that came out today, Eddie and James were fantastic. I'll be calling them back for the next time the carpets need refreshing. more

I had my service done for the first time, and I am very pleased with the service. The facts that they use non toxic products and carpet dries quickly are great!, specially with little kids at home. Keena and Mickey came to clean my carpets and from the moment they arrived they took care of business. It was clear they were a well-oiled team. They were professional, courteous, respectful of me and my home, and they were clear in their communications. I would ask for them by name again. Also, the agent I spoke to when making the appointment was friendly and very helpful, too! more

I've used another franchised Chem Dry in the past and haven't been too impressed with the company I used. But I called Barr Chem Dry because I had a coupon. I was so impressed with the quality of service that I will use Barr Chem Dry from now on. They went above and beyond with their service. Joshua was very knowledgable of the process and explained the chemical breakdown of the PURT treatment. I had just had my carpets done two weeks before calling Chem Dry and needed to call them because the cat urine smell was still in my carpet. Joshua not only completely removed the urine smell, he even cleaned my stairs and left some deoderizer in case I still felt that I smelled the urine. They were very professional and genuinely cared about the service they gave me. They smiled, were very polite through the whole process, and smiled and waved goodbye when they left. It was like a TV commercial! I will call the Barr Chem Dry company from now on. You should too! You won't be disappointed. more
