Team Eddie and Steve can't be beat! We had a sick cat that we had to medicate and the stuff got all over our rugs. We also have another cat with hairball issues who has accidents on our rugs. Eddie was great; I relayed my concerns to him and he explained the whole process. When they were done, our house smelled great for the first time in months. I have allergies and now I'm not sneezing all the time. Wish we had used your company sooner. more

The crew was prompt, professional and polite. They did a great job but the costs were way over what I expected when I called an got an estimate. By the time they arrived, I had moved a lot of things and had to use them. However, I don't blame the crew, they did a great and complete job on my home and I would recommend them from that standpoint but caution others they should get all the extra costs while booking the appointment. more

No certainty it was money well spent. Pre-vacuum was minimal. No clear distinction between before and after cleaning. A $219 basic service charge can grow to a $500 service with the added extras. Whow! more

Josh at Barr Chemdry was very friendly, professional, timely and did an outstanding job on my carpet. I have 2 puppies that I adopted from a rescue shelter and they made quite a disaster out of my berber carpet and he got everything out. NO SMELL, NO STAINS!!! The two gentlemen who came to clean my rug, upholstered chair, leather chair, leather ottoman, leather couch, and entryway ceramic tile did an excellent job! They were efficient; they explained what they were doing and why; they moved furniture and returned it to their original location when finished; they asked me to inspect everything before they left to make sure I was totally satisfied; they pointed out two spots that they could not completely clean before they asked me to inspect and told me why they could not get the spots completely out (though I already knew the two spots were going to be a problem and would not be completely cleaned, I did not tell them in advance to see what they would do and say; to my surprise, though, they worked on the spots and made them smaller and less noticeable than before). All was dry and ready for use in less than a day. Though I am allergic to many chemical smells and odors, the chemicals they used did not have an effect on me at all. Despite the fact that my carpets are 16 years old, they looked practically brand new by the time the cleaning was done. Furniture and entryway looked great as well! Will definitely use them again for next year's cleaning. more

I have used barr chemdry for years and have always been satisfied with the service. I have giant breed dogs so the soild they leave behind- i'm always surprised how clean the rugs look after chem dry finishes. The service is reliable - they show up when the say them will. The service is quick. And the rugs dry very fast (a real plus) more

Our carpets are old, but the Chem Dry process takes years off their age. There is no chemical odor and the carpets dry quickly. Our technician Mickey is a real pro. I recommend your company 100. more

I have been using ChemDry for the last few years and I have always been pleased with the results. Josh has always delivered excellent service. He is efficient, friendly, and attends to detail. My carpets were so soiled that I did not believe that they could ever look clean again, but Josh did such an excellent cleaning job that they now look freshly installed again. We had our carpet clearned yesterday by Keena and Mickey and WOW!, what a great job. They were courteous, professional and did a remarkable job on our carpet, that hadn't been cleaned for six years. We did have them do the deep cleasing and I'm glad we did. Brought a very dirty carpet back to life, and took out all the major spots. We highly recommend them and would hire them again.
