I have used Pr. Wm. Chem-Dry for quite a few years and have always been pleased, but Josh was absolutely wonderful. He had to cope with stains from animals and age. He did an incredible job... and the dogs loved him too! more

GREAT JOB 9/14/2011

Mickey and James were very professional and completed the job in 1 hr and 15 minutes. My carpets are clean, however because my carpet is soft and thick, this kind of carpet takes longer to dry. Thanks for a good job Mickey and James more

TOO WET TOO LONG 9/8/2011

WE HAD PREVIOUSLY USED A CHEMDRY CO IN OUR HOMETOWN. WE WERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. THIS SERVICE WAS A LOT WETTER AND TOOK 2 DAYS TO DRY COMPLETELY. WE ARE NOT AS SATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE. THE CARPETS WERE CLEAN, BUT VERY WET. more

Best I've found in the area, they are great. 7/28/2011

I have used ChemDry of Prince Wm at least 5 times over 10+ years, they are better than the other ChemDry I've used. They are are also better than the Stanley Steamer I've used. 1) This company is VERY service oriented. 2) The technicians for the last 2 visits, Ed and James did a fantastic job! 3) The product leaves no leftover residue and a little shorter dry time. Ps. I do not like to recommend companies to others, but this one I have and will recommend. more

Great job! 7/19/2011

Unfortunately, I initially had another carpet cleaning company that was highly recommended clean my carpet. It was a disaster! Not only was the carpet not clean, they damaged several things in the house and I have to file an insurance claim. Thankfully, Joshua from ChemDry came out and was very helpful in re-cleaning my carpet. He also provided the professional viewpoint and documentation I needed to put in the insurance claim against the other carpet cleaning company. more

Fast Cleaning, Fast Drying 7/9/2011

We recently had our house cleaned by Barr ChemDry. I have used ChemDry the company to clean my carpet for years. I like that there are no hidden fees and my carpets come out very clean and dry quickly. This is especially important now since we now have a little baby crawling around the floor. We moved in our house last March and some of the carpets had stains on them from the previous owners. We thought the carpets were ruined and would need replaced, but thanks to Barr ChemDry that is not the case. Barr ChemDry was able to get the stains out. more

Missed some floor space 6/30/2011

The crew failed to clean one entire room. Since they showed up over 45 minutes early, I was in a meeting and unable to do the walk through. My daughter (24yo) went around with them but the measurements page is very unclear what was actually measured. I've used Chem-Dry of Prince William for many years at my previous house in Manassas Park and this one when I moved in and have always been very pleased with the service. I'm not sure what happened this time. more

Fast and professional service to clean and stretch 2 floors of carpet 6/27/2011

My carpet had ripples due to improper installation. Stretching and cleaning made my carpet look like new again. 2 floors of carpet were reinstalled and trimmed prior to the cleaning. My carpet looks fantastic! more

Excellent 6/20/2011

I was told how the service would take place from company. I started my service on 17 June with a pre-treatment. I was told all that would happen up to the follow on service 20 June. Keena and Mickey did an outstanding job. They were professional and courteous. I am very well pleased with the outcome. I will definitely use this company again for future cleaning and will recommend. more

Always outstanding! 6/9/2011

We have our home carpets cleaned annually but this last time was for a move out! Eddie and James took just as much time and care as every other visit. Ken's battalion also hired ChemDry of Prince William for their facility on base. Always professional staff who go above and beyond. We've recommended them to everyone we know and will be leaving their information for our landlord and for the next tenant. Thank you for everything! more
