Friendly, punctual, informative and helpful. The rotating buffer system used did an excellent job on both old carpet and new at cleaning the carpets and removing almost all stains, even without using the deep cleaning service offered.
The arrived only shortly into the window of time given, they explained all options available, did a quick and professional job, and even helped me move a dog house when they were all done. Will definitely consider for the future.
