BB Plumbing installed a water heater in our home in August 2010. While there were numerous issues with this installation, they were finally resolved and we signed up for the family plan. After 12 months, BB called to schedule their annual "inspection" that comes with the family plan. Upon coming to our home the BB employees informed my wife that both of our outdoor faucets were leaking and need to be repaired. \r \r As an avid yard keeper that hand waters, I am very familiar with these faucets, and upon getting home they were correct, water was now spraying from the faucets like it never had before. I am certain that I would have noticed that not just one, but both of my faucets were not just leaking, but spraying water from the handle the day before when I watered. Upon further examination, I could tell by the tool marks on the faucet and the now cracked mortar that has been on the faucets for years that the washer on the back of the faucet had been loosened.
