Uneven quality and service 1/28/2022

We've used Baker Brothers for two years now. We are cancelling our contract and we will not be using them again. You never know whether they'll send you someone competent or someone who is inexperienced and unskilled. The charge will be the same, by the way. No more. Todays plumbing service call encounter was either unacceptable ignorance or downright dishonest. we stopped the job, paid the guy, and sent the man away. When you call a plumber, you need a reliable professional. Our experience is that you have a little better than 50% chance of getting that from Baker Brothers. And I'm sorry to say that. It's just true. more

Excellent Work! 9/13/2019

Corbin, was very precise in what he needed to do to resolve my issue. Why I was a little frustrated when he arrived ( not with him/your company) but from dealing with in professional money grabbers. Corbin heard me and assured me with the steps he would take, the issue would be resolved. You might want to clone him. Great personality, good communicator. Very Professional! 9/12/2019

Had my HVAC system replaced few days ago. I’m impressed with the customer service. The lady I spoke on the phone is very nice ( sorry I forgot your name). John arrived less than 2 hours later, very professional, answered all my questions, never rushed. Travis explained all my options, accommodated all my request, great service. Lastly Genaro and his partner, they never stop working not even for lunch, I have to ask them to eat, they did an excellent job, I’m very happy. Everyone who came to my house wore shoe covers, the other company who did my tune ups just walked in with their dirty shoes. Thank you Baker Brothers for your great service. more

2nd project Garrett has overseen at my property. Very satisfied with his timeliness and describing what work has been completed - the findings and recommendations as needed he also informed me that Baker Brothers does do sales, installations and maintenance of Trane HVAC systems which may warrant a call in the near future. more

Great Job 7/20/2019

We have had the pleasure of Chris Bergin before, and he sure didn't disappoint this time either! Last night a bit before midnight, our upstairs AC unit stopped working. I called about midnight and we had a time slot for this afternoon. Then, this morning, Baker Bros called about 8 AM and Chris was here by 9:30. It is just about 10:40 and my unit is back in service, my thermostats for upstairs and downstairs have a new software update, and one filter needed changing. Please keep Chris, please offer him a raise to be sure he doesn't ever leave, because he is special. Thanks, Chris! more

Awesome Job 7/12/2019

Bradley did an awesome job with me! I got the things that I needed. He installed some outdoor security lights for me. Lee lighting. Just like he said it would. They were just right. I am so pleased with the work that he did. I would recommend Bradley and Baker Brothers to anyone. I definitely give you five stars . Thank you. more

I'm impressed with Baker Brothers. Several weeks ago you sent a really nice person to check a plumbing issue. And today Chad Wright and a helper figured out my a/c unit problem and offered solutions. He is a very congenial young man. He explained things clearly which I appreciate. Give him a bonus! Hope to schedule the repair soon. more

Corbin did a great job. Very informative throughout the process with respect to what he was doing and the fee range. He was upfront about the potential cost and told me he would do his best not to have to drill through my title AND the wood floor to get to the leak. He spent all day to get the job done and went above and beyond to get this done in one day. With my nanny, toddler, and pregnant wife being here, he was very accommodating and empathic. Just a good dude focused on quality and service. I will be using Baker going forward because of my first time experience with Corbin. more

TMack was very informative and helpful. Brooks was also a delight! I was very nervous about my plumbing issue and they made it very easy and quickly fixed a pretty big issue. Chad is very professional and courteous. He remembers our unit, previous work done as well as our family. He answers questions. He talks through what he is thinking, what he plans to do, and explains how the system works so that I understand the problem and solution. It builds confidence to have a relationship with specific people and have them return to help. Thank you, Chad for your time. more

Thorough, efficient, and professional. Mack found a leak that another plumbing company diagnosed as a slab leak. My only regret is that we did not know to call Baker Brothers Saturday when we first noticed the problem. But, we sure are glad we pursued a second opinion! We will definitely call Baker Brothers for any future plumbing needs. THANK YOU so much. more

Very pleased! 6/10/2019

Donnie explained everything well and what the solution was, he & his teammate fixed it and waited while I ran the washing machine to ensure the fix was done. We appreciated the callback from Baker Bros last night to schedule service this morning. Very pleased! In hindsight, we should have split up the original work 5/7/19 into 2 separate days as one long day of attic looping pipe repair and challenging dishwasher removal & re-install plus install 2 new water heaters & removal of old was too much. In addition, I needed to have tested the dishwasher and washing machine before they left & there wasn't time. All is well now. Learning lessons! more

Knowledgeable 6/6/2019

James and for the older of us, had a helper with him. Both were so courteous and knowledgeable in each phase of work. Both men were the bomb!!! I honestly felt so at ease with the 2 men, I wanted to fix a big breakfast to share. Though they were there to do a task, it was completed by 2 of the nicest men I have met in a while. I WILL call Bakers Plumbing again!!!! more

Quality Work 5/15/2019

Chris was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how to get better quality out of my 22 year old A/C. I joined the plan and with the repairs Chris made, I will get another year out of the A/C in order to purchase a new one next year since freon will no longer be available. I would like to request him again if available for my next service calls. more

We had 2 plumbers today. their performance, attitudes and courtesy were top-notch. The lead plumber was knowledgeable about various types of plumbing issues and products. He cleaned everything up before leaving. So with 2 toilet replacements I had no cleanup work to do. I really like that. This is 2nd time we used Baker Brothers, and we'll call on you again. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that communicates with no strings attached, does what we want, and provides quality with no shortcuts. Thanks for your efforts. more

Strongly Recommended 5/10/2019

Joey did a fantastic job on replacing an exterior hose bib for an older complex we manage. To make the repair, he had to cut into sheetrock on the interior wall of a unit. Job was done quickly and everything was left clean after the repairs were completed. more
