We've used Baker Brothers for two years now. We are cancelling our contract and we will not be using them again. You never know whether they'll send you someone competent or someone who is inexperienced and unskilled. The charge will be the same, by the way. No more. Todays plumbing service call encounter was either unacceptable ignorance or downright dishonest. we stopped the job, paid the guy, and sent the man away. When you call a plumber, you need a reliable professional. Our experience is that you have a little better than 50% chance of getting that from Baker Brothers. And I'm sorry to say that. It's just true.
