We used Baker Brothers Plumbing to replace the main line into the house, replace and move all our kitchen plumbing, move our upstairs main bathroom, and add a new powder room on our main floor. Pedro was prompt, polite and extremely professional. We are 100% satisfied with everything he's done in our home. He was present for all the inspections and ensured everything went smoothly. more

We had some miscellaneous plumbing issues. Mark was helpful in providing me with options and explaining to me the work that he recommended. He provided a detailed quote on the spot, arrived when he said he would for both the estimate and the day he completed the work. He also was respectful of our home and cleaned up perfectly. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely hire Baker Brothers Plumbing again. more

David came through for us. We discovered a leak on Sunday night, and gave him a call. He gave us advice that night and saved us a substantial amount of money as he was able to talk us through slowing the leak to a trickle. By waiting until the next day he didn't have to bill us for an emergency after hours repair. He came by on time, fixed up the leak with a new pipe and valve and was great. He even had booties for his shoes to keep my house clean. He was upfront with his estimated price and stuck to the estimate when the work was done. more

Just moved into our first home, only to 5/31/2012

Just moved into our first home, only to discover that our shower leaks into our living room. By a friend's recommendation, we called David, and he came in the next day. Diagnosed the problem instantly, and had the shower fixed in half an hour. Very polite, professional, and efficient. Would definitely recommend and work with again! more

Joe called back promptly and as we said it was not an emergency, he scheduled to come on Monday. Joe was courteous, efficient, timely, clean (he wore the blue shoe covers) and offered additional helpful suggestions. This is the second time we have used Baker Brothers Plumbing and would certainly recommend him. Cost was reasonable. more

Pedro is amazing! This is the second time we have called him as we have an older home and he really knows his stuff! Pedro quickly figured out that the problem was not pipes in the basement but there was leak from a valve in the upstairs powder room that was just seeping down the pipe behind the drywall because there were no water marks in the ceiling or wall. And we didn't have to put any holes in our walls to diagnose the problem. He explained what it was and had fixed the problem very quickly! Amazing! We had other plumbers telling us it was leaks/cracks in our toilet and no one could figure out the problem. Moving forward Pedro will be the only plumber we will be calling. Thank you so much for your help! more

great plumber 3/30/2012

A couple of months ago, my dad tried to replace two toilets for me. They both ended up leaking! I called Pedro at Baker Brothers Plumbing and he reinstalled both toilets for me, and I have not had a problem since! I would highly recommend this plumber! more

Honest & Reliable 3/25/2012

Honest & Reliable are the two word with which I can describe Mark. When I had a leaky tap in the bathroom,I sent him a picture by email,making it easier for the transaction & quote. He knows his job & does it well & charges are reasonable. I have recommended him to my friends who are very happy with his service. more

good work, reasonable cost 3/5/2012

I found Baker Brothers Plumbing and called Joe because he had excellent reviews. Both the sink and tub faucets in our bathroom needed to be replaced but because we are planning to renovate next year, we were keen to have the work done economically. Joe came and replaced the faucets quickly and for a reasonable cost. He also took a look at a wobbly toilet in a second bathroom, fixed it and without charge. You can be sure that when we renovate, we will be using Baker Brothers Plumbing! more

I am so glad to have found Pedro! He did the rough-in and install of our entire new powder room, as part of our basement finishing. Not only is his work exceptional, he is professional, responsive, always kept in touch at every stage and came as promised exactly when he said he would, knowledgeable... and he is a genuinely nice man who we enjoyed having work here! When there was a manufacturer's defect with the toilet I had purchased, he waited without complaint while I exchanged it even though it made for a longer day for him. Another day he rearranged his schedule for me so I could get the correct vanity. (While here he also installed our coffee machine to the water supply, and we are in heaven). I am 100% happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him and I will definitely hire Pedro again! more

I would recommend Baker Brothers to anyone. David was courteous, professional and even willing to give me some great advice regarding the hose from my washer. honest and skilled plumber. 12/10/2011

We had Baker Brothers Plumbing replace the private portion of our water service pipe and re-locate our shut-off, which required some additional interior plumbing work from the shut off up to our water heater. Joe gave us a reasonable quote, and they were able to start the work soon after. There was one slight hiccup in locating the existing pipe connection underground, which meant a few extra hours of work for the crew and a second hole in the lawn, but they resolved it and we were not charged for any additional work. Overall I was very happy with the work and feel that I was dealing with an honest and skilled plumber. more

These guys are all sorts of wonderful! Having a plumbing problem brings on a lot of anxiety but I got a quick appointment for the same day I called. They called to give me a half an hour notice before they got there and within 20 mins of diagnosing the problem, it was gone. All the while, Joe and I were chatting while he was working and he filled me in with all sorts of useful tips on do's and dont's. I highly recommend using their services. more
