Donnie explained everything well and what the solution was, he & his teammate fixed it and waited while I ran the washing machine to ensure the fix was done. We appreciated the callback from Baker Bros last night to schedule service this morning. Very pleased! In hindsight, we should have split up the original work 5/7/19 into 2 separate days as one long day of attic looping pipe repair and challenging dishwasher removal & re-install plus install 2 new water heaters & removal of old was too much. In addition, I needed to have tested the dishwasher and washing machine before they left & there wasn't time. All is well now. Learning lessons!
