Had my HVAC system replaced few days ago. I’m impressed with the customer service. The lady I spoke on the phone is very nice ( sorry I forgot your name). John arrived less than 2 hours later, very professional, answered all my questions, never rushed. Travis explained all my options, accommodated all my request, great service. Lastly Genaro and his partner, they never stop working not even for lunch, I have to ask them to eat, they did an excellent job, I’m very happy. Everyone who came to my house wore shoe covers, the other company who did my tune ups just walked in with their dirty shoes. Thank you Baker Brothers for your great service.
