Excellent Company with terrific people 10/5/2015

We purchased a new clean energy system through NJNG and had BC Express install the system. This was one of the best decisions we have made. The new system is quiet and efficiient. Our bills have decreased substantually, more than we expected. We will recoup the cost of the system in several years with the money we are saving from our bills. The office staff and the men who came to our home were always curtious and efficient,. Our home was left immaculate when the work was done. I would recommend this company without reservation. more

I was very pleasantly surprised how such a major home improvement project didn't feel as disruptive as anticipated. We attribute it to the efficiency and knowledge that our installers possessed. They were very courteous and pleasant, and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. more

TOTALLY HONEST COMPANY 4/10/2015

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY. We called BC Express for a second opinion. They were upfront, honest and saved us a fortune. We ripped up our service contract and SIGNED UP WITH BC Express. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! more

Lyle and Scott worked really hard and did a fantastic job. They explained everything that I had questions for. They both displayed great work ethic and did the work in a timely manner. My overall experience was great and I would recommend this company to do any work for my family and friends. Thank you BC Express! more

Well worth it for efficiency as well as comfort 2/18/2015

Bc express installed a Carrier Greenspeed Heat Pump I live in a senior community with all electric and prior to the unit being installed I had electric bills during the winter between $300.00 and $400.00 a month and that was with being conservative and keeping some rooms at a low temperature and very uncomfortable. Now my temperature is set @ 72 degrees 24/7 and being so comfortable my highest bill this cold winter was $190.00 Amazing! Difference in cost and comfort. So glad I made the decision to purchase this unit and change from my electric heaters more

Our highest expectations were realized! 2/4/2015

The knowledge, dedication, and diligence of the installation team from BC Express was superb! They did everything possible to assure us that we had heat overnight, even though another day's work remained to complete the installation. They worked through their normal meal times, and I think also beyond their normal working hours. The installation was more complicated than I expected, and appears to be performing perfectly. Visiting different parts of the house were necessary and they showed proper respect for our property and left a minimum of traces of their visits. I cannot praise their team too highly! more

I am satisfied with the installation of my New Carrier HVAC system by BC Express Inc Heating & Air Conditioning. The technicians, Brandon and Howard, were very pleasant and respectful to me and my wife. They both are very knowledgeable about the products. They represented the company in a very positive way; they are a great asset to BC Express. Their work was neat, clean and they were very respectful of my home and property. I would recommend BC Express to anyone (and I already have). Also, I would like to commend the way Doug Wong handled my entire experience with BC Express. From the first meeting with him I knew he was an honest and very intelligent man. I never felt as if he was trying to push anything on me. He just answered my questions and explained my options. Excellent service, and they're honest. 6/6/2014

I contacted BC Express to get a new hot water heating system, but on Super Bowl Sunday, just before kick-off, old system stopped working. They came right over, technician Joe found the problem in minutes. Something my former heating contractor couldn't do in three visits. Joe installed a new zone valve and stayed to flush the entire system of rust, sediment and air. GREAT JOB! more
