I wouldn't recommend this company at all, I had worst experience and finally switch to a different company/service provider within Carrier dealers. This company sends new intern technicians and what company does not honor what technician says about charges/fees while providing services. Though you are under warranty they will certainly make sure you will be charged no matter what. Phew I am out of this company robbery.
