We had Joe and James from BC Express Inc Heating & Air Conditioning at our house, and they were amazing. The two of them worked very hard for a day and a half to get us up and running. They were very professional and they were very polite, they were informative (showed us how to use the system and equipment), and they were some of the easiest people to talk to and trust to work in my house. I really appreciated the willingness to show us each step of using the new Boiler and Hot Water Heater. I liked that they explained what work they did, how they did it, and why. I felt comfortable knowing they had done the work. I would personally like to thank and compliment customer service tech Joe Sisti with BC Express. Joe's first visit to our house to help us decide what would be best for us. We decided on a boiler with a tankless hot water heater and a new air conditioning unit. He set a payment and rebate which was good for us. His work was excellent and courteous as was Chris other tech who came and sealed all openings .I want to thank BC Express for doing a excellent job. While a Carrier Infinity "Hybrid" System looks great on paper, BC does not have technicians that are properly trained on how to setup and service this "State of the Art system". Since having paid a lot of money last year, BC has had to perform the following: 1: BC tech's have been back at least six times to work on a faulty thermostat which continues to overshoot the set point by four to six degrees. Instead of replacing this controller, the tech simply adjusts an "offset" in n attempt to regain control. Within hours of this adjustment, the same problem returns. Since it has been a very cold January combined with the loss of control of the T-Stat, my fuel bill is insanely high. In addition, the instantaneous HW boiler is short cycling constantly. 2: BC installed and than disconnected an OA temp sensor for the boiler which was designed to "reset" the HW supply temperature based on OA temp and HW supply temp. Unfortunately the BC techs did not have enough experience to make the controls work correctly. So instead of researching the problem, they simply disconnected the control and said, "We told you this OA reset never works"! But they did not hesitate to sell me the control package? 2: BC has had to replace the duct system twice (because the 1st time the duct system was installed by BC it was done very poorly and did not circulate the air correctly. 3: Part of the installation included the removal of the old oil fired boiler and the partial removal of the old flue pipe. Within weeks of the demo work, we had a strong wind storm which deposited large amounts of creosote in my garage because BC plugged the bottom of the flue but never sealed the plug. In fairness, BC came back, again, and removed additional sections of the flue. This time they plugged and sealed the bottom again. When I asked the tech why he doesn't simply install a cap on the top of the flue (which will prevent water infiltration), he reply was that it was unnecessary. Well guess whats leaking, again! 4: Carrier Corporation needs to do a better job at screening contractors if they expect people like me to recommend their products! more

I wish to thank you for the recommendation and installation of a new Carrier Heat Pump System and other improvements to our home to certify it as an Energy Star home. You and your staff were very professional in all of our dealings, and I am very satisfied with our new system. I have always believed that, "If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is." However, your promises concerning the rebates we would receive and savings we would likely realize were actually understated. I was skeptical of the results you said I could expect following the conversion, but I have been absolutely impressed by the results we have experienced. Our heating bills and air-conditioning costs have been greatly reduced and our home is more comfortable than it was when we heated with radiant electric heat. This past winter our electric costs were consistently lower that our roof mates and some months were less than half of theirs. Thank you again for your assistance! more

BC Express is great! I've already recommended them twice already, and one of those people had them do the exact install for them that I had BC do for me! I had them install an all new heating, AC unit and hot water system. They even came in and sealed the attic against water leaks. I was very pleased with all of the work they did. In fact, the day after the installation, I was having issues with my water heater so I phoned them. They sent someone out immediately to fix it! I was very happy!
