I am satisfied with the installation of my New Carrier HVAC system by BC Express Inc Heating & Air Conditioning. The technicians, Brandon and Howard, were very pleasant and respectful to me and my wife. They both are very knowledgeable about the products. They represented the company in a very positive way; they are a great asset to BC Express. Their work was neat, clean and they were very respectful of my home and property.
I would recommend BC Express to anyone (and I already have). Also, I would like to commend the way Doug Wong handled my entire experience with BC Express. From the first meeting with him I knew he was an honest and very intelligent man. I never felt as if he was trying to push anything on me. He just answered my questions and explained my options.
After some good discussions the decision to enter into a partnership with BC Express was an easy one. So far all has gone well and the new system is working great!
