B & R Chem-Dry

We had B&R Chemdry clean our carpet and had a great experience. We really appreciated that the tech actually spent some time with us explaining different things we could do to make our carpet last longer. We have a little Chug (Chihuahua / Pug mix) that we're potty training (need I say more) and they taught us a few things we could do to keep our carpet somewhat ""safe"". We will use them in the future. more

I usually clean my carpet myself with my steam cleaning vacuum. These guys did such a good job, and at such a good price, I don't think I will ever clean my own carpets again. I found them online and read about them on thier website, then I called them up. They came right out and were great! I don't see a need to clean my own carpets anymore. Thanks guys! I have quite a few rental properties and recently had some tenants move out and they absolutely trashed the carpet. There were stains from wine, coffee, their pets, and just about everything else you can think of. I called B & R Chem Dry and we set up a time where they could come out. I met them there and explained what I wanted done but after watching for about 30 minutes the technician was doing a great job so I left him to it and told him to lock up and call me when he left. I came back the next day and the carpets have NEVER looked better! Pros: Got every stain out, even the dark ones. Cons: None! more

I have used a number of other carpet cleaners over the years and I have never been so impressed as I was with B&R Chem-Dry in Salt Lake City, UT. I called around and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She answered a lot of my questions before they had anyone come out and booked an appointment that fit my schedule. When the guys showed up, I was impressed. They were very sharp, clean guys and they were very professional. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house while I went next door to talk to my neighbor. They did a terrific job and I have had no problems at all. I think the only problem is, my dog peed on the floor about a week after they came. I am going to have to call them back soon. I will use these guys again. I live in downtown Salt Lake City and I have used every carpet cleaning company/machine you can imagine. I have never been more impressed with the service and quality of anything more than I am with B & R Chem Dry. They come out around my schedule. Have been using B&R ChemDry for years now and would never change! Used them to take care of my pet issues. Not only can they completely get rid of the nasty smell, but the yellowish/orange stains from the urine as well!! I get my carpets treated and cleaned every 6 months. When we had a slight chemical reaction that made us nervous, we called them, they came right to my home and took care of the situation with no extra charge. Thank You, Thank You, THANK YOU!!! Beware of B&R ChemDry! We used them to clean our carpet and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We had small area in one room with pet stains, so we requested the PERT treatment. Long story short, the fellow who cleaned the carpet used 2 full gallons of PERT to treat a 2'x4' section of carpet. The PERT left a sticky residue and a HORRIBLE, NAUSEATING smell that never went away. The PERT soaked right into the subfloor and never dried. We waited for 3 months for the smell to go away. We ended up having to rip out the carpet in the entire room, treat the subfloor and replace the carpet. The carpet was only a year old; after B&R came in it was garbage. We spoke to the female owner of the company, who was completely unwilling to do anything for us. We spent $472 to ""clean"" the carpet and another $500 to replace it. ZERO STARS!!!! Cons: They're not willing to work with unsatisfied customers more
