I have quite a few rental properties and recently had some tenants move out and they absolutely trashed the carpet. There were stains from wine, coffee, their pets, and just about everything else you can think of. I called B & R Chem Dry and we set up a time where they could come out. I met them there and explained what I wanted done but after watching for about 30 minutes the technician was doing a great job so I left him to it and told him to lock up and call me when he left. I came back the next day and the carpets have NEVER looked better!
Pros: Got every stain out, even the dark ones.
Cons: None!
