I have used a number of other carpet cleaners over the years and I have never been so impressed as I was with B&R Chem-Dry in Salt Lake City, UT. I called around and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She answered a lot of my questions before they had anyone come out and booked an appointment that fit my schedule. When the guys showed up, I was impressed. They were very sharp, clean guys and they were very professional. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house while I went next door to talk to my neighbor. They did a terrific job and I have had no problems at all. I think the only problem is, my dog peed on the floor about a week after they came. I am going to have to call them back soon. I will use these guys again.
Pros: Quick response, excellent service, great deals, clean carpet
Cons: They make thier competitors look bad!
